  I called several roofing companies for a roof replacement and received about six estimates. Out of all of them, one team clearly stood out. Dale, the sales rep, was very thorough, informative, detailed, and patient, especially since I was handling my home closing the same day. He was professional the whole time and made the process easy to understand. Soon after, Theodore from scheduling called to let me know a pallet of shingles would be delivered to my house and asked if the crew could start the roof work the next day. I was happy to move forward. Early the next morning, Zachary, the project manager, called to let me know the roofing crew would arrive first and get started right away. They showed up on time, got their tools up on the roof, and began the tear-off immediately. The crew worked fast and knew exactly what they were doing. During the shingle removal, they found that my older metal exhaust vents were worn and bent, and needed to be replaced so the new roofing system could be installed the right way. Zachary took care of it quickly and made sure two new vents were brought in so the job would be done properly without delay. That kind of attention to detail really showed their experience and commitment to quality workmanship. From start to finish, the foreman stayed on top of every part of the project, and the roofing crew worked in a very organized and efficient way. They completed the tear-off, new shingle installation, and cleanup in just a few hours. The property was left neat, and the new roof looks great. I really appreciated the clear communication, prompt service, and professional roofing work. Very happy customer here.

  Excellent experience and very happy with the roofing work. Zachary responded quickly to my first call, went over a few roofing options, and helped me choose the best fit for my home. Once I decided, the crew arrived promptly and did a great job from start to finish. They kept my yard clean during the roof tear-off, handled the needed repairs, and clearly explained what was being fixed and why. They also took extra care with cleanup and picked up as many nails as possible, which I know takes real effort on a roofing job. We also liked how detailed and honest the written estimate was, including the full scope of the roofing work, materials, timing, and expected job length.
