The critical reviews
The one and two-star reviews, first. These are what a star average hides, and they are the reason this page exists.
We hold no one or two-star review text for Houston Roofing Ltd. That is not the same as there being none — it means our capture did not reach any. The rating breakdown above is Google’s own count and is the number to go on.

I contacted Houston Roofing Ltd. for my flat roof a few years ago when everyone was having roof issues due to all the melt and thaw that winter. I couldn’t find anyone who would even talk to me about it. As soon as I said “flat roof” I’d hear “oh we don’t do flat roofs”. Not only did Houston Roofing do an incredible job, they went above and beyond my expectations. Ken was so professional and helpful meeting with me. He didn’t “mansplain” to me or ask where the man of the house was (which I have experienced in the past) but he also didn’t present a big technical speech to me. He explained what would be done step by step, we discussed what was important to me, and he even helped me pick my own shingles with confidence. My roof has not had any issues whatsoever since Ken installed it, and my house is actually cooler in the summer thanks to his work. This is by far the best investment I’ve ever made for my house and I would recommend Ken and his team to anyone!

Where this page comes from
Every figure above is Google’s, captured on 24 September 2026. The star average and the 3 ratings behind it are counted by Google across all of its reviews. The review text on this page is a sample — we hold 3, of which 3 have any text — and it is not everything Google shows.
Roof Warden does not verify licenses, bonds, insurance or workers’ compensation cover, and nothing on this page should be read as though we had. Confirm those directly with the contractor and with your state or provincial licensing body before you hire anyone.
There is not much data on Houston Roofing Ltd. A short record here means our capture found little — not that there is nothing to find, and not that the business is new or inactive.
