  Unfortunately bad communication. Was optimistic when we filled out the form and got a call the next day but had 3 no shows which added frustration because we made arrangements to have someone home.

  A company truck speeding, tailgating and changing lanes without signaling tells me that this driver puts his production well above safety.

  We went with Tony's at the recommendation of our realtor and the google reviews. I honestly don't know if we got taken for a ride with artificially inflated review scores, or we caught them at a bad time. I had a difficult time determining what to rate the service we received, and put a lot of thought into it. Tony was very friendly and pleasant. When we requested an estimate, his business partner came the same day and gave us a verbal quote. It did take about a month with weekly reminders for us to get a written estimate - I suspect Tony is VERY busy with the end of season. We had talked about him peeking at the insulation too, but we ended up letting that go. I'll admit we didn't do as much shopping around as usual (busy with a new family member). The quote at $6000 to replace some of our concrete tiles, shore up some corner mortar, and seal (at their recommendation) was a bit lower than the $8000 we were quoted by a competitor. However, the other roofing company was going pull all the capping and re-mortar (which they said was the 'right' way to do it, and they were quite shocked at the suggestion to seal the corner instead). Tony and his team of 3 other roofers were able to get the work done in 4 hours (very impressive!). I was hoping that the work came in under budget since it didn't take very long, and the tubes of sealant are $10 (Tony bought $2400 of the stuff to the job :o - I don't think he used them all up, so probably for another job too!), but it did end up costing the whole 6k. The worksite was 95% cleaned up (we did end up finding a few errant empty tubes of sealant in the grass). I think it's really important to know Tony's approach. He's seems like a practical guy. He's very much like your uncle who gives you practical advice on how to provide repairs, even if they're not how an artisan would do it. Whether this is right approach for you is up to you.   Tony and his Team replaced and added some roof vents for me and also some shingle repairs. He was readily available with short notice. Excellent work at a Fair price.

  I cannot believe that such good service exists. I called TONY’S number having seen the online ad. I spoke to Tony, gave him the address of the project he went out and looked at it called me within 3 hours and gave me a rundown on the condition of the roof and options including repair or replacement. I opted for replacement. Tony the next day gave me the price of the job and indicated it could start in less than a week and would take two days. The following Tuesday the work started, it was finished by Wednesday evening and the bill was exactly what was quoted. I am delighted with every aspect of the way it went, the service could not have been better. I will recommend Tony to everyone I know. Charles

  Tony's Roof Repair exhibits the epitome of customer service! Last weekend, during a massive rainstorm, we discovered a leak at our fireplace. As we scrambled to find someone to come and take a look, Tony answers the phone...while on another roof in the pouring rain! He came by later that day and diagnosed the problem. Then he came back after the rain had stopped to put on a temporary fix. A few days later, his crew (which are all family members) showed up and during a marathon 14 hours, installed a new roof for us. Anybody who has dealt with the trades knows that they can be flaky...not returning calls, not showing up on time, leaving early, etc. Not Tony's Roof Repair!! He always kept us informed on what was happening, when he would be at the house and explained everything thoroughly, with before and after pictures too. He truly sets the gold standard for professionalism and service and I would, in a heartbeat, recommend him to anyone with roofing issues.

  Very pleased with the service and quality of work that Tony provided. Tony ensures his customers know exactly what the condition of their roof is and what needs to be done. We went on the roof and he walked me through everything that needed to be done. Tony's team were very polite and did a great job. Bottom line Tony beat the competition in terms of price and timeliness. I also went on the roof after the job was completed with Tony and reviewed the work. Totally transparent and customer service oriented. Thanks Tony - and your team - for a great job! I would recommend Tony's Roofing to my friends without hesitation.
