  Hi Amy & Marshal. We are sorry you feel this way. You did not have to contact Malarkey to have your roof finished. We had been in contact with them since December 2021 your roof was not completed because there was an open claim with Malarkey as the material was showing signs of defect and we did not want to put on materials that were substandard we were trying to do right by our client. Due to our Malarkey rep not getting out until spring (this was because he was uncomfortable on a roof in the winter as he is not a roofer only a rep) to get a sample shingle sent off for testing is why it took so long. Your roof was left watertight while we waited for results from the lab. It would have been quite pointless for us to complete your roof with materials that did not meet ours or Malarkey standards. Of course sometimes roofing in the snow there can be debris left behind and I would have had no issue coming back to deal with that if I had known so we are terribly sorry about that as well. Unfortunately the wait was out of our hands and we had to ensure the materials were sent to the manufacturer for testing before moving forward with the claim. I thought that was communicated with you on numerous occasions by the chain of emails and text messages we had between us. I apologize if it wasn't clear what we were waiting for. As for the quality of material, Malarkey is easily the top rated roofing material available this can be confirmed with some quick googling. Of course with anything nothing is perfect all the time and defects do happen which is why they offer the extended warranty that we offered you free of charge. The warranty is there for your protection and we used it to its full advantage in your case and both Luxury Roofing and Malarkey did the due diligence needed to ensure your roof was top of the line and up to our high standards.   Hi taunya, you are not one of our clients and this was not a Luxury Roofing contract. The truth of this matter is that this was a favour for our neighbour your landlord who specifically told us not to come back and clean those nails as he was embarrassed of the state of your yard we are a roofing company not a yard maintenance company. You have stated you were waiting on lawn mower parts and thats fair but this repair was done as a personal favour for a neighbour both of our trailers and all of our equipment was in use on actual jobsites which is the only reason garbage went on the ground. We bent over backwards and pulled man power from our pre booked clients to squeezed this repair in for your landlord as he was desperate for help after a windstorm we had no time for this but still made it work for him. He was beyond happy that we were able to mitigate any further damage to his property and was greatful we were able to do what we did for him. We obviously did not have time to meticulously pickup nails in 4' of unkept lawn while you waited on mower parts and he was very clear he didn't require us to return and given he is the owner of your property and the only person we had any sort of dealings with we chose to follow his direction instead of yours. Of course we are human and there are very occasionally times when nails get left behind in situations like long grass or snow, on principal we will always return to sort it out but unfortunally you gave us mere days (over fathers day weekend and my daughters dance competition) before deciding to do it yourself and go out of your way to slander us on every platform that you could. Glad you were able to get your lawn mower sorted out apologies it was a week after we had been there to do the emergency repair.

  Hi James, this is untrue. The bill was split between the 3 contractors that had loads on your truck and was paid in full between the 3 of us we have the credit card slip to back this up. You attempted to dishonestly collect the entire bill from each of us separately. Nathan did not come "unhinged" on any staff other than you for continuously phoning us from blocked numbers and threatening us. You were fired from your contract delivering for Beacon because of your shady business practices and poor customer service go figure. All of that aside, we NEVER had any kind of contract or agreement with Bitzer, we had a very small order and our fellow contractor had an order coming up from Euroshield so we asked them if they had room to fit our 2 pallets instead of us sending a full truck for a small order. They said yes and we paid them for a spot on their order we never dealt with you period. You tried to illegally seize 15k worth of material and our project manager told your staff we wouldn't be leaving without it, they loaded it on our truck and we drove away (we would be happy to publicly post the dash cam footage showing there was no hostility between any of our staff or yours). You were only made aware we had an order on that truck when you saw the logo on our truck picking it up and thought you could get away with triple billing all 3 of us. We are the number one Euroshield contractor in our area with the most sales and have 2 trucking companies we use to deliver our orders whom we have never had any issues with which would suggest that the problem in this equation is actually Bitzer for being dishonest. We appreciate your feedback and will certainly be returning the favour.

  Luxury Roofing is a local Alberta company, Nathan did an amazing job replacing my roof and made sure to change my vents. He gave me lifetime workmanship and 30 years of shingle warranty. Excellent cleanup with no stray nails left behind. I absolutely recommend him. we should help the local company.

  I am so happy that I made the decision to have Luxury Roofing do the replacement of my roof. Right from the initial contact with Jamie and Nathan, I was impressed with their honesty and professionalism. Communication was always spot on. During the installation, I was also impressed with the crew. They were courteous and respectful. I was very pleased with the impeccable cleanup when the job was completed. The roof looks great and I’m confident in Luxury Roofing‘s warranty. A new roof is a big investment but choosing Luxury Roofing was money well spent. Thank you Jamie and Nathan for working so hard and for being customer service oriented, I highly recommend reaching out to Luxury Roofing for anyone looking to have roofing done!!

  Nathan and his crew recently finished my roof and it was a great experience from start to finish. I appreciated how personal the experience was, from reviewing the quote with me to going over the final product. And it looks even better than I could have imagined. They left my property in great condition and were respectful and clean. If I didn’t have a new roof, you’d never know they were here there isn’t a thing left on the ground. The level of communication and updates as it came close to the job beginning and during the job was wonderful. I highly recommend Nathan and his team!
