Horrible experience. Lots of promises but lack of delivery. Our hail restoration included roof, soft metals (rainwear) and siding and each had their own problems. Soft metals and siding have multiple deficiencies still outstanding. Have been told someone was coming on specific dates and no one shows up or even calls to reschedule. Now we are being ghosted with no responses to calls or emails. Certainly not what you expect based on their website.

Extremely disappointed with the communication from Alberta Summit Roofing. We were one of the many homes affected by the hailstorm, and their team initially assisted us with the insurance process. While they did help us secure a better outcome with our insurance claim, the overall communication was incredibly frustrating. Despite multiple calls and texts to both Lucas and Calvin, we received no response for several weeks. When Calvin finally followed up, he mentioned that our project was ready to begin once we signed the confirmation form. However, after that conversation, communication once again came to a complete halt. Weeks have passed with no updates, no confirmed start date, and no follow up from their team, despite our repeated attempts to reach out regarding the form. Although we appreciated their initial help with the insurance portion, the lack of professionalism and inconsistent communication has been extremely disappointing. We’ve since had to look for other contractors to start our project, as we still haven’t heard back from Alberta Summit Roofing. Unfortunately, I would not recommend them as their communication and follow through have been severely lacking from beginning to end.
