Decent experience with the flat roof replacement on our office building. The estimator took his time looking at the existing membrane and explained what was actually failing instead of just pushing a full tear off. Pricing landed middle of the pack out of what we collected but the warranty terms beat the others by a wide margin. Job ran three days, no surprises on the bill. Building has been dry through two big storms since October.

had our flat roof replaced on a commercial building we own and HorizonRoof did a really solid job with the whole thing. the old membrane was cracking and had multiple patches from previous repairs that were starting to fail. crew tore off the old material, replaced some damaged insulation boards underneath, and installed a new TPO membrane with proper seaming and flashing around all the penetrations. they were done in about three days and cleaned up everything after. weve been through a full year of weather including some brutal rain this past spring and zero leaks zero ponding zero issues. flat roofing is one of those things where you really need someone who knows what theyre doing and these guys clearly do.

Rockford Roofing: The Pros and Cons of DIY Flat Roof Repairs DIY flat roof repair is a topic many Rockford homeowners debate. While it can be tempting to handle repairs independently, it’s important to weigh the pros and cons carefully. On the positive side, DIY repairs can save money upfront and allow for quick fixes. Another disadvantage is the lack of specialized tools and materials. Professionals offering flat roof repair near Rockford use high-quality products designed for durability.
