  When I went over the following list of issues with Brandon (I had not previously met him until he came for payment), he literally told me, "Most of our good reviews started out bad." This is something I wish I had known before hiring Hopewell for a roof replacement. The dumpster was supposed to be delivered the day before replacement, but did not arrive until the day of replacement after tear-off had started. It was put in front of the garage where my car was parked, leaving me blocked in until the next day when it was picked up, despite my being told it would be picked up the same day. When I pointed out that the driveway had been cracked, I was told it was like that before. This was from a man who had spent a total of about 20 minutes at my home. I have been in my home for over 20 years and no, it was not cracked before. (photo attached) I was not told that my year-old attic fan was going to be removed and roofed over. I only discovered this after the roofers left and I could get outside for a better look. This is when it became clear why half of the power to my upstairs had gone out. They obviously cut something while removing the fan which caused the power outage. I also saw a couple of places where there was cellophane material blowing in the wind. The only one I could get a picture of without a taller ladder was where there is a very questionable "hump." (photo attached) I do not know if there are other "humps" where I see cellophane blowing. I had discussed with James (he provided me my estimate) that I was going to eventually replace areas of my siding that had not already been replaced. This just provided an excuse to not be held accountable for the damage to one area of siding that extended 12-14" above the shingles. The absolute worst, irreparable part was the damage caused to THREE of my 25 year-old ornamental trees around my home. (2 photos attached).   We recently had a new GAF roof, chimney cap and gutters installed plus the exterior of our home painted by Hopewell Roofing and Restoration. Andy Morrison, the owner, provided the best presentation out of several we received. He was very thorough and explained things in great detail. Our project manager, Jason Mitchel, was also extremely knowledgeable and informative throughout each phase of the job. The carpentry work and painting done by Santiago Fortaneli and crew was exceptional. My husband and I highly recommend Hopewell Roofing & Restoration.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We couldn’t be happier with our new 6-inch gutters from Hopewell Roofing & Restoration! They not only work beautifully, but they also gave our home a more upscale look—especially with the bronze color that Andy suggested. It was the perfect choice! Our neighbors referred us to Hopewell after having a great experience themselves, and now we completely understand why.   Hopewell replaced my roof a few years ago, so is a no-brainer to call them when it was time to roof my addition. A team is only as good as its boss, and Andy leads from the front. Jason was there every step of the way- making sure that my addition matched seamlessly with the rest of my house, which was no easy task. Santos and the crew did a fantastic job and left the place perfectly clean when they were done. Hopewell is my go to whenever I need roof work done. They do not disappoint.

  Hopewell replaced our roof in September 2025. I am late getting this review in due to others areas of our home that suddenly needed repair (in no way related to the work Hopewell did). Andy did the inspection, showed us pictures of the roof and explained what we needed and gave us options for replacement. We loved the integrity he and the company displayed, as he told us during the inspection, that Hopewell would not indicate the roof had hail damage if there was none present. We inspected the pictures of the roof, gutters and soffits and decided to replace the roof and gutters due to age and wear. The soffits were replaced as needed. When the Hopewell team arrived, they were all professional and friendly, not one worker acted as if they did not want to be here. Jason, the foreman, arrived and explained how everything would be handled and got the team started to work. Everything was covered with protective tarps, the sidewalks, bushes, everything! They also had protective covers for our a/c units that allowed us to continue to use the a/c. After removing all the shingles and underlayment, a few pieces of decking were rotten and replaced. The communication was fantastic. We were informed of the situation and the slight price increase, immediately. Our roof was replaced in one day and looks fantastic. The new color matching gutters were installed the following week after all the outdoor trim and wood work was painted. It has been a few months now and the new roof and gutters looks amazing! Hopewell's attention to detail and quality of work are second to none. We give them our highest recommendation and will use Hopewell for other projects in the future. Atticus Wheeler

  Quality of work from Andys crew is hard to beat. I am an avid diy guy thats been around the block. I really appreciate the dedication from Jay the project manager as he stayed onsite the entire 12hr day to ensure everything went smooth. We were up on the rood a few different times throughout the day. Finding very good quality work done safely and efficiently with attention to details is hard to find. Shop around if you like, i did. But combine this with GAFS UHDZ warranty and you will be calling Jay to place your order. UHDZ in Pewter gray Austin and Dana Barone
