  Overall, my experience with J&M out of Georgia has been absolutely terrible. Before work began, we had three specific requests, and unfortunately none of them were handled properly. 1. Reinstall bat-proofing and ensure all holes were sealed. We specifically asked that the bat-proofing be reinstalled and that no openings be left exposed. Instead, holes were left open for weeks, and the original opening was never completely patched. As a result, bats have returned to the soffit. 2. Protect our koi pond. We requested that our koi pond be protected during the roofing work. No protection was put in place by the crew. By the second day, I had to install a tarp myself, but by then nails and old shingles had already fallen into the pond. 3. Protect the landscaping around our home. We asked that our plants be protected. Instead, several plants were cut down and left lying on our deck. To make matters worse, after these issues occurred, I sent a demand letter outlining my concerns and requesting a resolution. J&M never responded. This has been one of the worst experiences I've had with a contractor in quite some time. Their lack of attention to our requests, the damage and additional work left behind, and their failure to respond to our letters and text shows who they truly are. The legitimate concerns have cost us additional time, money, and frustration. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend J&M.

  J&M roofing employee, Lee said I had hail damage, and he said he identified another issue that was causing water issues in my home. My insurer came out and said no hail damage. Lee was adamant that I did and suggested a second evaluation. Meanwhile, I asked if his company could fix the immediate problem. He said yes and asked a project manager to give an estimate. I asked them to fix the issue. Two people came and supposedly fix the problem. Afterwards, I asked for pictures of the work and the hail damage multiple times, and from multiple people, the the initial consultant, the project manager, and a VP. This is since April; it is now June. Plus, I had to hired someone else to take pictures of the supposedly repaired area. I paid J&M $2000, and the repairs are not done .

  Mr. Bush, No issues came forth the day of your install or even immediately after. We actually have no records of you reporting any problems. If we had been aware of any issues we would happily take care of them. In fact we received no communication or responses for several months when we attempted to contact you.

  Do NOT use this company! We agreed to have them replace our roof and gutters due to hail damage in March. The roof was replaced in early April. Unfortunately they threw away the gutter guards they were supposed to reuse. They showed up one day when no one was home and put very cheap gutter guards on. We contacted them and they agreed to find something better. We called and left message after message. My husband spoke to the regional manager. Someone was supposed to meet at our house at the end of JUNE. No one showed up and there was no call. They have been harassing our insurance company and threatened them. Finally met in early July. They brought the replacement gutter guards. No one has responded to emails and voicemails. The office manager finally emailed back in early August apologizing but also with veiled threats. I told them I just want the gutters replaced and the guards put on. No response for 2 weeks now. It is now mid-August.

  This company came highly recommended by a family friend, and they truly lived up to the praise. They were quick, responsive, and extremely professional. My large roof was installed in just one day with zero issues. Noah, my roof consultant, was always helpful and responsive—even checking in a few weeks after the installation. Great team, great company. Highly recommend!

  These folks are talented, honest and very well organized. I’ve had several roofs replaced over the years and quite honestly, I was dreading the interruption to our daily life and the mess that comes with getting a new roof on our home. J&M Roofing assigned a young Project Manager, named Connor to our job and he took care of everything. When they say, they will be done in one day (roof was 43 square), and they clean up so well, you can’t find a single nail on the ground, they are telling the truth. Great company, great Project Management. Very pleased with our experience.

  Could not be happier with Nosh of J & M Roofing. He guided us through the claim process after our roof began leaking from storm damage. He was extremely prompt, professional and polite throughout the entire process. We’d highly recommend J & M.

  J&M did a wonderful job on our home. We enjoyed working with Andrew Smith who did a great job of meeting with us as well as our adjustor. J&M's work crew started at 6:30a and worked diligently throughout the day to complete the work in one day. Amazing. Andrew and his team stopped by several times throughout the day and even the following day to make sure everything looked good and swept the property again for any nails/debris. We highly recommend Andrew and J&M.

  I felt like J and M really knew their business when they presented their proposal and answered my questions with experience behind the answers. Their quote was competitive but I was focused more on having this done right ... than on price. I couldn't believe the job was done in 1 day. Their crew was literally there at 6:30 and they did not mess around. We had a lot of wood to replace which worried me. However, their guys knew what they were doing and knocked it all out in the 1 day promised turnaround. You can see how wonderful it turned out in the before and after pics. My advice to anyone is choose the guys that know this business, so that you can relax and know that it gets done right. J&M are those guys. There's nothing worse than spending that much money and getting shoddy work. J&M was even very detailed in their cleanup, so I can't say enough. Lee was exceptional in keeping in touch before, during and after, so thank you Lee.

  Had damage to my roof and gave them a call, Sean Naylor called me and came out for an inspection and walked me through everything! Super helpful! They got my roof replaced very quickly and on time, Sean Kept me informed through the whole process. It was a great Experience I have already Recommended them to many people! Thanks again!

  It was quick, easy, and honest service. The entire process went smooth. They helped with communication to insurance and provide a great product. HIGHLY RECOMMEND Robbie Parenti was the best! He was extremely professional and knowledgeable and made the process of getting a new roof enjoyable
