  Hired by HOA in 2023 and the poor experience has stuck with me. Ruined plants and damaged property at my unit, left dozens of nails in the gutter resulting in huge leak and damage. HOA had to send gutter specialist to deal with the mess of roofing nails. One of many rusty nail left on my patio went through my sandal and punctured my foot resulting in a trip to the doctor.

  I had this company inspect my roof, and they told me everything looked good. I later scheduled a roof wash, and they promised before-and-after drone photos, which I never received. They also left my property a mess—hoses left out and things not put back the way they found them. When I reached out, they offered a “free” gutter cleaning ($283 value) to make up for it. We scheduled it a week and a half in advance, but when the day came, they claimed it wasn’t on their schedule. They said they’d come the next day around noon. At 1 PM, after I reached out again, they said they had already come earlier, everything was frozen, and that they would return in an hour or two. They eventually did show up—but once again, only after I contacted them first. Overall, the communication was terrible, the follow-through was worse, and I had to chase them down every step of the way. I would never use this company again, and I don’t recommend them to anyone.

I'm also sorry we did not get you the drone pictures, we completely dropped the ball here. This weather has not been super kind to us recently and I apologize for all the times we had to reschedule your free gutter cleaning service.   Martin and his team are some of the hardest working, professional, and honest providers you can find. Jack provided an incredibly detailed and thorough inspection report. In fact, as soon as they PROMPTLY helped fix my issues, I sent them to inspect my moms house. Once in a while you find a provider that proves that the best service can be inexpensive and we are lucky to have such a provider in our backyard.

  Reset was a pleasure to work with and they did a fantastic job with our roof! Malia was tremendous from the start to finish. She was fantastic with clear communication, answered all our questions and treated us and our job like we were family and it was her own roof. The entire team on the day of the job was professional, friendly and clearly took pride in their work. We can’t recommend Reset Roofing enough!

  Wonderful experience using this company, they were honest and willing to take the time to explain everything to me.   Reset Roofing is by far the best roofing company I have ever worked with. To begin- as they removed the old roofing they sent me photos of every step they took and showed me the condition of every part of my roof as they removed it. A foreman or manager were here to oversee every step of the process. Filipe and James were incredible, keeping us informed on the progress face to face along with all the photos. They were always on time and didn’t leave until they accomplished the days goal. The cleanup was excellent! Again Fillipe went around at least twice, once with us to make sure things were left in order at to our satisfaction. Their work was impeccable and the customer service and open lines of Communication were the best I’ve seen in years.
