  Obnoxious. Haven’t had any experience with this company besides their incessant banging (yes, banging on my front door) and doorbell ringing at 9AM this morning on a Saturday. The people in my house don’t appreciate being woken up on their off days just for you to drop a card at our door.

I wish you would have reached out instead of leaving a 1-star review when we have not even had the chance to provide you with customer service. I am certain nobody that works for us would have treated you with disrespect or harassed you so we would appreciate if you would not state that. We leave notes sometimes when people are not there but never like your review says. Reach out and I will make sure you are not disturbed and I will make it up to you so you can leave an honest review. You said we refuse to stop and I can assure you that is not the case. We are sorry you feel disrespected and would like to change that.

  I had a very good experience with Samuel for some exterior work that I want to get done - he was extremely personable efficient and prompt in his response and totally gets what customer service is all about. I defintely look forward to working with him in the future
