  Tried to get a few tvs hung up, sent pics beforehand, etc. Guy showed up smelling like alcohol and cigarettes, said that he couldn’t do it and to call someone else. I did and magically they were able to hang them fine. He was driving a car with a 5 on the side i think? and ran over my lawn on the way out.

  The worst estimate ever received. The guy they sent out to estimate said to my wife to let me do the job myself and learn it as a man. Took two phone calls in front of my wife and said it was too far for them to come out. Why even come to give an estimate in the first place?

  HomePro does good work for a reasonable price...and that's where it ends. This company leaves a terrible customer experience. With the exception of a couple employees, HomePro Leadership sucks. "Steve (owner), is all about the money.", quoted HomePro staff. I couldn't agree more. From delaying project dates, mocking customer requests, changing or conveniently forgetting agreed upon payment schedules and/or amounts, attempting to manipulate project details (taking shortcuts), leaving messes, not disclosing damaged property, arguing with you in your own home, to soliciting 5-star reviews, makes Home Pro, a no-go. Although I am satisfied with the work result, I don't recommend HomePro; the cost of horrible customer service, is more expensive than the monetary savings. If you want good work for a decent price and are willing to put up with some horsesh*t, you might have a better experience.

  Installed sidewalk and patio.When questioned about sidewalk not being level Mark came and started yelling about us questioning the work.Materials left by the workers were cleaned up by me every time they finished for the day..They left gravel all over my front yard.Was told I needed to buy more pavers and sand so I did.It never got used so it sits in my yard.Owner says one thing project manager says something totally different patio price changed with every invoice even though we only made one change and agreed to that extra amount.Was told work would be finished on Thursday and when it wasn't owner told us not to push him on finish date.Owner is very arrogant! Work was way over priced.Would not recommend them for patio work.Hire a good hardscape company and save some money and get a quality job.Wish we had done that could have saved $1,150 even with them supplying all the materials.Half star for Home Pro Handyman in Agawam ma.

  Most disorganized company I've ever used. I had to call them three weeks in a row before they even started. One worker scheduled to come here was a no-show. And they charge top dollar for their work. I definitely did not get my money's worth. Would never use again and would never recommend.

  I wouldn't even know the quality of this guy's work because he came in like a nutjob. Looking to get work done on the walls for grandmother. The man not only lied about not being vaccinated when asked and came unmasked in my grandma's house but he went on this bender about how covid vaccines are a conspiracy made by Pelosi and Bill Gates to kill everyone in three years and that the vaccination itself has AIDs in it and gave us websites to look into his "free speech." IDC about the guys' personal politics but I found it immensely unprofessional to be spouting any of it on the job. I don't even know the quote for the room we wanted to get redone, was too busy talking about that. Scared a little old lady bad. Will never go with this company again, unbelievable!!!

  In November 2020 this business installed replacement windows. Three arrived damaged and they promised to replace them. We’ve made several attempts to follow up but Steve and Deyman kept saying they’ll call ABC. They never called us back with an update, and when we called them, they blamed the delay on the pandemic. In February, Deyman called my husband to say he found out the replacements were never ordered and he would expedite them at his expense. Here we are six weeks later with no windows. We will be filing a small claims lawsuit. Jennie Sullivan

  We've used them twice. They overhauled our aging deck, and a few years later they fixed our gutters and shed. The work was excellent. They finished quickly. We would use them again.

  UPDATE 2026: Highly recommend HomePro Handyman Services. We hired them again, this time to replace a range hood fan. It was a tricky project because the house is old and some of the parts were custom built. Mark DiBella started the project off right with some creative problem solving and a clear, detailed estimate. Smooth process getting the work scheduled and completed and we are very happy with the result. 2022: HomePro Handyman team was very responsive and professional. Very prompt with estimates and scheduling work. And they worked with us to make sure we were completely satisfied with a variety of projects: exterior carpentry, interior painting, carpet removal.

  HomePro removed a wall unit AC and replaced/repaired drywall. The work that was done looks beautiful! Every HomePro representative I dealt with was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. I’m looking forward to an opportunity to have HomePro do more projects for us in the future.

  I had a plumbing emergency on my hands at a rental property (the sewage line upstairs spewing out waste water into the bathroom below). Total mess. Beggars can't be choosers and, without a 'go-to' plumber to call, I took the first fish that bit. That plumber worked all day and couldn't fix anything. He wanted to rip up all of my walls and do more work than necessary because he could not, or perhaps purposefully would not, see a way to fix the issue less invasively (would have cost $5K+). Me, being lazy and trusting this person, agreed to the 'big fix' and scheduled it out a few days. Only through luck did I call Homepro, to get some assistance repairing the rotted out wood under the toilet, before the aforementioned work was set to occur. What I got was much more valuable than mere carpentry help; I got an honest second opinion from a good person. Mark came out the same day I called to meet me and discuss. This guy, with barely any notice, scheduled a better, less invasive fix for me and got it done on an emergency basis. I ended up saving money even after paying the first guy for his wasted day. And they (Homepro) did it one day sooner than the other would have. You can bet your grandma's fine china, that when the next plumbing fiasco occurs, I DO have a go-to person to call now. Call these people if you want your home headaches to go away.

  Homepro recently completed a job installing custom shelves and rods in our closets, and we're really pleased with the results. The entire team was very responsive to questions and easy to communicate with from the initial bid and scheduling to the end results, and they were able to get us on the books and the job completed quicker than we were expecting. They included a random extra little project working with materials we had on hand, which was nice and so convenient! I was able to chat about the scope of what they do, which is extensive, and we'll use them again for sure.

  I would use HomePro again! My house is stucco and it is almost impossible to find anyone to repair stucco these days. I had a leak into the kitchen that grew mold. I needed to have the flashing corrected and the stucco repaired properly, plus inside, I needed the moldy section of the ceiling cut out, sprayed for mold and repaired. I got 4 estimates. HomePro was in the middle. I chose them less on price and more on how I was treated. Mark (the estimator) was the only one of 4 people who came to see the job that did not "mansplain" to me. He treated me with respect. His estimate was exceptionally detailed. Bohdan, who did the work, was polite and skilled. It was a positive experience and I can sincerely recommend them. Update: Less than a year later, I had a water stain in the same place on the ceiling. I reached out and they came immediately. Slavik found the leak (which was around an upstairs window where the stucco had pulled away) and fixed it. Slavik was great - he listened to me and worked with me to figure out where the leak was coming from. I continue to be happy with their work and service.
