I am very happy with my new roof. It looks great! Anthony is professional and a pleasure to work with. His employees were hard working and pleasant. My neighbor commented to me that she was impressed with their work ethic. A new roof is an expensive project but I think the price was reasonable for a job with 2 layers of existing shingles and 2 new replacement skylights. I recommend Exterior Construction to anyone looking to hire a roofing company.

Earlier in the week during heavy rain, I heard what sounded like a dripping noise coming from the 2nd floor of my house in the attic area. The next day I went up there to look around and couldn't find anything. The wood beams were dry and there was no wet spots/puddles on the ground. Just to be safe i wanted to have a roofer check the 2nd floor roof for any possible issues. The Holyoke Forum on FB had Anthony as a recommendation. I called Fitzgerald Roofing and Anthony's company. Fitzgerald never returned my call and Anthony returned my call back the same day. He was very friendly and understanding of my concern. Even with a busy schedule he had this week he told me he could stop by towards the end of the week. He gave me a heads up today (Thursday) saying he was on his way. He arrived and went on my roof to check it out. Thankfully everything looked good. Anthony was very efficient with his communication and prompt. He took care of my property and did not damage anything. I highly recommend people use Anthony, any issues I may have in the future I will be giving him a call.

Great experience with Exterior Construction. Anthony and Jack removed old gutters/downspouts and installed new ones. Definitely improved curb appeal. Appreciated how easy it was to contact them and quick turnaround with answers to my questions.

Anthony at Exterior Construction is awesome. He came out for us in an emergency situation. He was able to talk through the immediate fixes and long-term outlook, including balancing the complexity of our significant repair needs with a challenging timeline and weather outlook. Additionally, he was incredibly respectful and easy to work with. I deeply appreciate this as a female engineer who sometimes butts heads with contractors. He talked through various repair options and the pros and cons and helped us find the best solution for our needs. I will happily recommend him (and his quality standards for his work, and his warranty terms) to anyone.

I don't normally post reviews but I had an absolutely wonderful experience with Exterior Construction Inc today that is worth writing about. My house ended up with an extremely thick (~2 foot deep) ice dam across the entire back. I have experience removing ice dams on my own but--because of the harsh cold this year--this one would not give way (I broke multiple tools, and the ice-melt-in-a-sock trick did absolutely nothing). This year it got worse and worse until yesterday I noticed a leak into the house. Panicking, I called multiple places after hours (leaving voicemails as no one was answering, as expected). Exterior Construction got back to my voicemail <2 minutes after I left it. Anthony said he could be out here first thing in the morning, and he was. He and his crew did a fantastic job, removing the entire wall of ice. They were incredibly friendly, on-time, and charged a tiny fraction of the price that internet searches told me I was going to pay. It's so nice to know that quality companies like this still exist!!! I will definitely use them again for future roofing needs and give them my highest recommendation.

My experience with Exterior Construction Inc has been nothing but 100% positive. I needed gutters installed and from the start the owner Anthony was kind and honest about what would work best for my situation. When it came to the installation his crew was easy to deal with, knowledgeable and extremely friendly. After having my gutters on for a while I needed some adjustments and Anthony was quick to help me and find a solution that worked. I can say 100% if you have gutter needs this company is an excellent choice to work with. I've yet to need roofing services and hope that stays that way for many more years but if I do need that type of work Exterior Construction will be the company I choose to call.

Exterior Construction was great to work with! I had what we thought was a roof leak due to ice dams, and after some research in my local Facebook groups, they came highly recommended. Anthony was very communicative, kind, and answered my questions before and after he came out to take care of the snow on my roof. He got back to me quickly, was able to come the next day, and did a great job- as well as confirm we had some work on our roof that should have never been put in from a previous owner- and that’s where the leak came from. He will be back to fix it once the snow is gone:) We are grateful to have found EC, and all around Anthony seems like a great person!
