Alliance was contracted by Home Depot to reinstall two windows in our home. After reading the previous reviews it is almost like we had a different crew. Although they did thoroughly clean up, the finish work was shoddy. I actually had to nail down a trim piece because it was not flush with the window sill, and I removed the white caulking between the natural wood molding and natural wood sill. I will redo it with clear caulking to match the other windows. They did not even ask if we were satisfied with the work. Bottom line, quick shoddy work.

I had the displeasure of having to stain new woodwork in a home around all the new windows you installed for our mutual client. Why on Earth would you caulk that raw wood knowing it needed to be stained to match the rest of the woodwork? In …

Thank you Robert for your review! We always finish our windows inside with acrylic latex printable caulking to seal windows by manufacture recommendation to have product ready to be painted, unless people want to stain. I think it was misunderstanding we didn't know that customer will stain and not paint windows. Our customers receive 100% warranty for labor and materials. Customers can call us any time if they need our help 4138833802 ( Cell) or 4133314357(office) 24/7 days a week. And for future if you need help to remove acrylic latex caulk you can use ''Acetone'' or ''Lacquer Thinner" depend what kind of stain you planing to use. You can buy it at any local paint store. Thank you again :)

From start to finish, Alliance was fantastic!! Keith came out as soon as he promised and gave the estimate quickly. He told me when the work was going to begin and it did as soon as as he said it would. The crew was fantastic and worked right through the extreme weather including the large amount of snow we just got. They were professional and proficient. They worked quickly to make sure the windows and exterior insulation were done before the extreme cold hit. My wife and I stayed comfortable in our house even when the siding was removed because of the insulation they installed first. They also completed our entire house, siding, windows and gutters in less than a week. I wish you could understand the complete transformation they made on our house. They were clean and made sure the nails from the old siding was cleaned up after the job. I 1000% recommend them. You can't go wrong with Alliance!!!! I would like to add that I had them come out several months later to install a new exterior fiberglass door. As I expected, they were on time and did a fantastic job!! You can't find a better company and the crew is fantastic and Keith is fantastic.

Alliance home improvement’s team replaced windows in our very old New England farmhouse and they did an outstanding job. They were fast, efficient and left our house and driveway impeccably clean. They were also very patient with our dog and my lack of preparedness upon their arrival as I had written the date down wrong. The windows look amazing and work perfectly. Great customer service on the phone and in person as well. 10/10 would recommend /work with them again.

Alliance replaced six upstairs windows and did a great job. The work was done in one day and the installers were professional, arrived on time and cleaned up after themselves. I would recommend Alliance Home Improvements for window installations and replacements.

Great company to work with. I've had their services twice, to aluminum wrap windows and exterior trims on a 4-unit building. Very professional, showed up timely, and importantly job completed to my liking and the cost was very reasonable. Definitely recommend this company. The owner Sergie and employee Anatoliy are likable and easy to work with them. Carol Pennant

Excellent service! Allied did the siding on my very old house. The siding they used is really nice compared to the stuff you get at your home improvement store. Their professional siding technicians are very skilled at what they do. Anyone with an old house knows the challenges of unforeseen issues. These guys moved right along without missing a beat. They did a great job cleaning up after the job. Consultation expert was detailed and knowledgeable. His presentation is very professional. He is excellent at explaining the process and laying out your options. The end result came out awesome, and I couldn’t be happier! I would recommend Allied to anyone looking to add value to their home. I look forward to working with them again.

Had a great experience with Alliance! We hired them to re-side our house. After enduring a 3 hr pitch from a wildly overpriced construction company, Keith came up to our house, walked around and took measurements, then came in and gave me our quote in literally 15 minutes. He and everyone else we interacted with from Alliance were always professional and courteous toward us. I would recommend them to anyone, and will hire them again if we need their services!
