  This company was hired to replace two sets of staircases and did not follow instructions!!!! They were asked to work on one staircase at a time and the decided to do what they wanted to do. With this, they took down both staircases, boarded up my doors, left me no access to my apartment and my dogs are now trapped inside. PURE INCOMPETENCE!!!!!!

  Our neighbor on our common driveway has used this company for the past year. They have left soda cans, trash, rope, all over the driveway. Even caught a worker p1ssing behind his truck up next to our property and yelled at him for it.. unprofessional and leave messes like children. Disgusting work ethic and expect the neighbors to clean up their mess.

  Would not recommend this company. been having problems with my doors since they were put in. And they still have not fix the problem and it’s been three years. Will be looking for other alternatives to fix this problem.

  Just absolutely terrible. I asked this group to help me in a very desperate situation getting the roofing done for my elderly mother and besides the wonderful receptionist the rest of the people i’ve encountered were absolutely useless and unprofessional when I went to speak to the owner he could not have been less accommodating ... super super horrible on the customer service They came to the house twice ... never left an estimate ... did work that we did not ask them to do ... and then had the nerve to bill us

  Hi Darryl....I thought we had a nice conversation on Thursday morning talking about your situation and the roof, we didn't install. The very day we spoke I had one of my employees go on the roof to check it out. He noticed several exposed fasteners. While on the roof he sealed the exposed fasteners understanding that your mom was very concerned about it. Rather than go back and repair it later. We apologize for our service.

  I had a roof installed on my home in 2012. I am a former customer of Beaulieu. I had to report them to the BBB and to the Attorney General. They are dishonest and deceitful. My name is Philomena Novitt and you can contact me if you like. Unlike Fran and his brother, I tell the truth. I will be happy to tell you what I have experienced. He wrote on our "contract" that my home will be guaranteed AGAINST leaks for the life of the owner. He wrote it and when I brought it up, because my house continued to leak for 4 more years, he told me that that guarantee was not on the office copy. What does this say about him. I had to have half of my home re-roofed by a different roofer. Check the BBB and the Attorney General for my report and for the complete lies in Fran's answer to my complain. Stay away from this company. The five stars are probably his family's comments.

  Unfortunately Philomena your issues aren't with our workmanship. You have attic insulation and ventilation issues. I'm sorry for the issues you've had. I suggest you get your attic issues looked at by an insulating contractor.

  I've had Beaulieu install vinyl siding to an area of my house and was very pleased with the workmanship of the entire crew. I will be using them again for another section this year.

  Over the last 30 years, Beaulieu has completed five or more projects at my home...siding of my home, garage addition, and storage barn, window & basement sash replacement, bulkhead and basement stair replacement and a beautiful new front door. Ever job was perfect. After about 20 years, I noticed that 2 or 3 window sash were fogging up - called Beaulieu. They sent a very profession young man (Cam?) out the next day to measure and within a month they replaced the sash at no cost or drama for me. Also, a few years ago my over-aggressive snow guys damaged the toe kick panel below my beautiful front door...Called Beaulieu. Cam (?) came out, looked it over and again, within a week replaced the panel with different material @ no cost or drama to me. Last but not least I want to say that early on - what a pleasure it was for me to deal directly with Phil Beaulieu himself...very professional and for lack of a better term - a man's man who raised at least two good sons. So, without question, I highly recommend Beaulieu.

  Phil Beaulieu has helped me out with several exterior projects that have all turned out excellent, but I really wanted to highlight their help resolving a persistent roof leak I had for a unique section of roof of my house. This was a few years ago at this point, and I had meant to write this review because they absolutely deserve it. While many other contractors eventually ghosted me, Beaulieu was able to figure out the best solution to stop the leak and repeatedly returned to honor their work to fully solve the water leak until it was done. Absolutely exceptional professionalism and will continue to use them for my exterior needs. Would highly recommend!

  Made an appointment and Fran arrived at my home 5 minutes early. We discussed my windows that is was interested in. Measured them and went over the options that were available. He promptly emailed me a quote that same day.

  First let me say that I don’t provide reviews on a regular basis and not one of those professional reviewers you sometimes read for different products. So let me begin by saying Phil Beaulieu & Sons helped us a lot. We first had them install a new roof on our house a few years ago . Their price was the best of all the bids and better yet, they installed the roof in January when other roofing companies would only give us a spring time estimate. Especially because our roof started leaking heavily. The work was impeccable. We next considered replacing or rear deck with a sunroom and obtained several quotes that were all over the place for prices. I spoke to Fran Beaulieu and he is his team provided an estimate for a 4 season addition that was the equivalent of what the sunroom companies were quoting. We moved ahead with Phil Beaulieu and so glad we did. They built us a beautiful addition that we really love and made my wife happy (very important). The addition was completed in a timely manner of around 3-4 months and there were only two change orders which we asked for certain changes. They also stand behind their work and never gave us a hard time about any request. Overall I would recommend Phil Beaulieu & Sons for your home improvement needs and should I continue with other projects in my house, they will be the first people I call.

  Just recently had my house and garage sided and a new bay window installed. Everyone was professional and worked efficiently to complete the work. Les did an amazing job. I'm getting more work done soon and have nothing but good things to say. Highly recommended.
