  They came out and did my roof. But they never fixed the deformity in the peak of my roof. I was so shocked! That's why I wanted my roof redone! We talked about it! Not happy! They just reroofed over it. Im so upset. I never thought I would be in this situation.

  Steer clear. Door to door solicitation. Offer to help process claim but contract obligates customer to use Holden Roofing. Failure to do so results in $750 penalty fee. In my opinion, deceptive business practices, unprofessional when services declined.

  Helped me start a claim and came out and did the inspection with my adjuster. They also planted a sign in my front yard. After I received my check they completely ghosted me on the process. I called them twice, the first time they said they would reach out to the guy that helped me and have him call me back. A few weeks later I called and they said he no longer works with them and they would assign someone new to my case who would reach out to me soon. My claim has now fallen outside a year since the loss and my insurance may not help cover the replacement cost due to that and still have no call back from Holden.

  Horrible experience. Took off my gutters for no reason, gave me cheap gutters after the fact. No one spoke English to say stop. Bad bad experience. I hope this company learns from this and actually changes their process.

  Came door to door illegally. Refused to show city permit then copped an attitude when asked to leave. When I called the number on the side of his car I got the run around by Amanda the “office manager “. Straight up scam.

  I worked with Jared Martin from Holden, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Jared made the entire process super easy and made the whole experience painless for what could have been a headache. Very responsive, knowledgable, and not pushy at all. Was really focused on what my wife and I needed/cared about and made sure the work that was done met those needs. Even during install Jared made sure the installers didn't damage my wife's garden bed. Would definitely recommend Holden and Jared to anyone looking for a roof.

  I’ve worked with a lot of contractors over the years managing multiple properties, and I can honestly say Devin stands out. Working with Devin has elevated the way I approach property and asset management. Through our work together, I’ve gained a much better understanding of being proactive, especially when it comes to insurance, roof quality, and long-term property protection. He does not just do roofs. He helps you think like an owner who is protecting an investment. One thing that really sets him apart is his passion and enthusiasm. It might sound funny, but he actually gets you excited about roofs. You can tell he genuinely cares about the work and takes pride in doing things the right way, and that energy shows in everything he does. What really earned my trust, though, was how he handled things when something went wrong. At one of my properties, while the roof was actively being installed, a sudden freak rainstorm hit out of nowhere and caused damage. That is the kind of moment where everything can go sideways fast. Devin did not hesitate. He did not make excuses. He did not disappear like a lot of contractors do. He was Johnny on the spot and immediately took full ownership of the situation. I trusted him to make it right, and he absolutely delivered. He handled everything professionally, made things right for me, and most importantly made things right for the tenants. In the end, everything was resolved smoothly and everyone was taken care of! That experience told me everything I needed to know. Since then, Devin has been my go-to for all roofing needs, and I have zero regrets. If you are looking for someone who is reliable, responsive, passionate about what he does, and truly stands behind his work, I highly recommend Devin!

  We honestly could not be happier with Michael and the entire experience. From day one, he was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and dependable, and he truly went above and beyond for us. Initially, our insurance company denied our claim，but Michael carefully inspected the roof and confidently explained that the damage was caused by hail. He then helped us with the appeal process, provided thorough documentation, and stayed on top of everything. Thanks to his expertise and persistence, the appeal was approved and we were able to receive full insurance coverage for a brand-new roof. The quality of the work was outstanding, completed on time, and done with great attention to detail. Communication was excellent throughout, and Michael always took the time to answer our questions and make sure we felt comfortable and informed. We are very grateful for his help and highly recommend him to anyone who needs a reliable and trustworthy roofer.
