VERY DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE -- We hired this company to repair a roof leak back in April. We thought the job was done until this July, when we noticed a new water stain on our ceiling, right next to the spot they had repaired. It turned out the repair hadn't actually solved the problem, and the leak had returned. We reached out again, and they came out to inspect and said they'd return to fix it, but never showed up. My husband and I called multiple times and left voicemails. They eventually answered and again promised to come out -- and again, no one showed. After that, they stopped responding entirely. This all happened while a major storm was bearing down on our area, so we were left scrambling to deal with an active leak with no help from the company that was supposed to fix it. I don't know what's going on internally with them, but basic communication would have gone a long way. I WOULD NOT recommend them and won't be using them again.

I would just say “beware” of friendly salesman who does not follow up on enquirees. Most unsatisfactory experience.

Thank you Kevin for helping us with the replacement of our 25+ old skylight. I love the light filtering shade, it is beautiful and works perfectly in our kitchen. Jason did an excellent job with the install and everything went smooth. We …

We’ve used Hills Roofing a few times and also recommended them to friends. They’re great about giving you an honest assessment of structural and roofing condition, and doing a great job at an honest price. We trust these guys completely.

I had 5 Velux skylights with solar shades installed today to replace 25 year old skylights. Kevin, who came to my house to discuss my options impressed me when he went on my roof and immediately knew the manufacturer, style and color of my …

I am in the trades and have always done my own work. My wife told me I was too old to do the roof again. Had seen Hills Roofing on different jobs sites so I gave them a call. They did a great job, the guys were very timely and cleaned everything up. I recommend Hills Roofing very highly.

Great company. Honest and reasonable pricing. I used them 3 years ago when I called for an estimate on a new roof and they said a few hundred dollar repair would buy me a couple extra years. This year I used them for a new roof and their bid was reasonable and they did an excellent job. Many in our neighborhood have used them

These guys are the “real deal”……in a time where customer service is an afterthought at best they are truly world class!!!! Prompt, show up when they say, responsive by both text, phone and email, courteous AND KNOW THEIR BUSINESS. I had a small, weird, hard to diagnose roof leak problem. Kevin was exceptional in figuring out where the water was originating from and addressing the problem quickly and PRICED FAIRLY. I cannot say enough about what a pleasure the whole experience was……I almost feel good about meeting them through this small issue so I now have a roofer in my contact list should I ever need more substantial work. Give them your business you won’t regret it.

I contacted Kevin at Hills Roofing to fix a roof leak since I have used them in the past. Kevin is always very responsive, He came out quickly to look at the situation and was able to give me a quote during his visit. We set it up and the weather finally cooperated to get the work done. Hills roofing is always professional and prompt. Would absolutely recommend.

Kevin & his team replaced my Gazebo roof with synthetic cedar shake (no maintenance, last over 30 years) in one day. A relatively small job that was done on time in one day with excellent cleanup. My Gazebo looks great. They even spent 15 min making sure my Cupola (little 18” tall tiny roof top decorative tiny house) was level. I highly recommend them and I am a very picky client.
