I made an appointment with Diego, he was supposed to come over to my house to give me a estimate on how much it would cost to replace old rotten boards around the sides of the roof, I talked with him on the phone and made a appointment for Tuesday @10:00. am well he never showed up. I wouldn't recommend this company.

Dear Denise, We're truly sorry for the inconvenience you experienced with your appointment. We understand your frustration, and we'd like to extend our heartfelt apologies for the no-show. Unfortunately, our team member, Diego, had prior commitments, with his wedding last week and a family emergency this week. We should have communicated this to you in advance, and we failed to do so. We're committed to providing excellent service, and we value your feedback. We've taken steps to improve our scheduling and communication processes to ensure this doesn't happen in the future. If you're willing to give us another chance, we'll make sure to provide you with the high-quality roofing service you deserve. Once again, we apologize for any inconvenience, and we appreciate your understanding. Sincerely, Highly Affordable Roofing 910-366-2006

I contacted them for an estimate for a new roof for a client of mine. They responded to my request within a hour and was able to set something up for the following morning. The report was completed quickly and gave us great number we could work with. Will definitely recommend these guys to anyone looking for roofers.

My wife and I are extremely impressed with this company and especially Mr Deeago. Hai professionalism was outstanding, he was honset and very forth coming with his information in regards to our roof. In our opinion he went far and beyond what the insurance adjuster did. He sent us photos of all the damage to our roof, walked us completely thru the process of the repair and was on time each day he was supposed to be at work and stayed late each day to complete as much work as possible. He checked on us routinely to make sure we were satisfied with the work progress, and even took the time to sit down with myself and my wife to explain and listen to our concerns. Mr.Deeago has als9n been very patient with our issues with the insurance company dragging their feet to pay for unforeseen damages caused by the leaking roof. Mr. Deeago also personally came back and made sure all debree was removed from the job site and even took it on himself to make sure that no roofing nails were left behind. We would highly recommend this company to all our friends and family especially due to the professional way Mr. DEEAGO not only presented himself but his company which local to Sampson County which made it very easy for us to use.

As a first time home owner Diego reassured me in how successful his team was able to fix my roof Damage from the storm back November. Idk about you but big purchases scare me especially when it’s repair time. Forever a customer !!! Started at 6am and was finished by 2 !!!! Very professional
