Omar Flores damaged my property and has not responded to my request for a solution or compensation. Do not recommend.

This Review is not based on quality of work, but simple interaction. Rep blocked my neighbors driveway in Bryan, TX for an hour while he went door knocking. Literally in the middle of their driveway. We tried to locate them, as they needed to leave their home and were blocked in. Have some common sense and decency when doing your job!

Hello Mrs. Lorance, Thank you for reaching out about this. Thank you also for the images. Please accept my sincere apologies. Although I do not have an excuse for such an unpleasant situation I will make sure I reach out to the owner/rep driving that vehicle to make sure they understand we should never block anyone’s driveway. I can assure you we try our best to make sure we do not bother anyone while out searching for business. The nature of our business has us door knocking and the last thing we want is to cause such disruption. Please accept my apologies on behalf of High Country Roofing. If there is anything we can do to make up for this please let me know. Again thank you for reaching out.

Great company, Mr Omar’s team did a wonderful job replacing my original roof and restoring damaged boards on roof. They also repainted my house and replaced worn trim boards. My house looks great now! They are also reasonably priced, I highly recommend them. As I had already had a check from my insurance company and was searching for a more reasonable price from my original contractor, we saved thousands go with High Country and are very happy with the outcome.

Omar with HCRR inspected my grandparents roof after a hail storm in Mineral Wells. At first we were hesitant because we had over 15 roofers knock on their door literally the day after the storm. Omar was the only on that was not pushy and …

It was sooo great to work with High Roofing and Omar! Omar came and gave us a free estimate to replace some roof damage we had after a hail storm. He was knowledgable and friendly and his team also was a great help. They worked with my insurance company and were able to get my roof covered and completed in a timely manner! Such a great experience with what could have been a stressful time! Amazing!

Outstanding ownership committed to doing the job the right way. Pulled 4 layers of roofing felt left by other contractors on my roof despite taking much more time than originally estimated.
