I was referred this company from a friend after I noticed an issue with my roof. The communication throughout the process was great and the service was very friendly and professional. The owner scheduled a visit pretty quickly, which I really appreciated. He arrived on time and did a thorough inspection and explained everything he found in a way that was easy to understand. On the day the work was scheduled to be done, they were on time and they worked efficiently and didn’t waste any time. I also noticed that they were mindful about keeping the area clean. I am really pleased with the experience overall and would recommend them to anyone needing roof repairs.

We recently hired High 5 Exteriors to fix a siding issue that another company had originally misdiagnosed as a roofing problem. Before finding them, we had an extremely bad experience with a contractor sent by our home insurance company. We then did our own research and contacted three other contractors. High 5 Exteriors not only found the actual source of the leak—which was the siding between the windows—but they also discovered another leak location that we now need a window contractor to address. High 5 definitely went above and beyond what they were hired to do. They helped us investigate further, advised us to hire a window expert, and even wrote a detailed report on their findings so we could submit it to our insurance company. Throughout this long and complicated process with our insurance provider, High 5 was incredibly patient and highly prompt in responding to our questions and concerns. We especially want to thank Mike Perron and his team for their patience and support. Our repair was relatively small but quite complicated, yet Mike treated it with the utmost care and did an excellent job, as if it were a major project. We highly recommend High 5 Exteriors to anyone looking for a roofer or siding professional!

I absolutely had to leave this review because of what they did for me. My car slid during the last snowstorm and I ended up in an accident. My vehicle was completely stuck. It was -40°, and I was cold, shaken, and standing there feeling helpless, not knowing how I was going to get home. Out of nowhere, Mike stopped. No hesitation. No questions. Just pure kindness. Two of his employees immediately jumped in to help as well. In the middle of a storm when most people are just trying to get themselves home safely they chose to stop for someone they didn’t know, expecting absolutely nothing in return. That moment broke through something in me. It reminded me that kindness still exists, even on the hardest days. I will never forget how that made me feel. That single act of compassion says more about their character than any advertisement ever could. If this is the kind of heart they bring into the world, I can only imagine the care they bring to their work and their customers. Thank you, truly and from the bottom of my heart. What you did meant more than you’ll ever know, and I will recommend you to anyone and everyone I can.

We’re very happy with the exterior work on our house. Mike and his team did the siding, soffit, fascia, and roofing. This was a new construction, and they were on site for about a month, always professional, hardworking, and respectful of the property. Mike is super friendly and easy to work with, and his crew was amazing. Highly recommend!

I’ve been using High 5 Exteriors since 2017 and have now hired them for 11 of my properties. Every single time, the experience has been completely stress-free. Mike and his team are professional, honest, and extremely reliable. Communication is clear, timelines are respected, and the quality of work is always top-notch. From roofing to siding work, they consistently deliver excellent results and stand behind their work. It’s rare to find a company in Ottawa you can trust project after project, but High 5 Exteriors has proven that to me over the years. The quality of workmanship really stands out everything was done with care and attention to detail. The crew always respectful, efficient, and left the site clean once the job was completed. I highly recommend High 5 Exteriors to anyone looking for roofing or siding work done right. I’ll definitely continue working with them on future projects.
