  Outside of the 2 buckets of nails I had to collect around my property (bad cleanup) I will post some fascia work they 'did'. They put up a MISCUT board, and instead of replacing the board he tried to patch it. On a new fascia install... after I pointed that out they finally had somebody who could cut and fixed it. No home owner needs the hassle of a person who thinks that first cut is acceptable. I also noticed nails that were anchored to nothing, just shot right through the fascia with no connection point. I wouldn't hire again personally, and have had an entirely new fascia installed a few years after this was put up.

  They came out to give estimate on some repairs and said they would send estimate. Week later I contacted them for estimate. Was told couple days. Contacted them again and no response. Weeks later no estimate.

  Beware! We highly recommend you avoid Hi-5 Roofing. Our experience was that this company does not stand behind its warranty promises. We hired Hi 5 to fix a leak above our garage in June 2019. They told us they had a 1-year warranty on the work. 11 months later, we noticed water again leaking from the same location in the garage. In addition, floorboards in the bedroom above the garage were creaking. Hi 5 came onsite for an inspection and agreed to address the leak and floorboards under the warranty. They supposedly came a couple days later to fix the leak, but we were home and did not see/hear them and they could not produce photos when we asked later on. Then the morning the carpenter was to come to fix the floorboards, the owner of Hi-5 emailed us to say the floorboard damage was from a nearby window and not the leak and thus the appointment was canceled. What?!? That window was replaced 2 years ago and had shown no signs of leaking. We tried to call the owner 3 times and emailed him once so we could discuss it, but he would not return our calls or email. We were discarded as customers like a piece of trash, which is a horrible feeling when everything seemed fine until it wasn't.

  Professional installation and cleanup. Competitive price. What sold me is Seth Rife's presentation of the Atlas integrated system of products used: -6 ft ice dam barrier sealed to sheath at gutter and valleys -tough synthetic underlayment (vs thin tar paper) -heavy duty stater strip roll at roof edges -pre-cut hip and roof edge shingles (vs pieces of tabs) -large one piece architectural shingles (3-D appearance is a second layer instead of individual tabs) -ScotchGuard algae stain protection A written warranty is provided I noted they use a crane for the heavy lifting and scaffolding for safety and for ease of accurate installation

Willie the ops manager stayed in close contact with his crew and with us. The price was very competitive and the warranty was unmatched by others.

  Top notch company. We had our roof replaced, so tear off 2 layers and install new. Plus we have a flat roof over our patio that was tore off and replaced. Excellent job . Job complete in one day. Clean up every area they were in.

  Nice people to deal with . Tear off & roof put on in 1 day. Guy walked around property for 2 hours picking up stray nails. I only found 2. Highly recommend using them.

  Super experience from quote to completion! The salesman (Seth) was very knowledgable and accommodating, and the hard-working crew arrived promptly, installed my beautiful roof expertly, and left things immaculate. A+!!!

  Hi-5 Roofing is a Great Company, Luis the owner and I spoke on a regular basis during the entire time the work was being done. He was able to answer any questions, and address my concerns with sincerity based on his past experiences. His staff did a great job of working with me and through my insurance company submitting supplmental information, and scheduling the work. Their work is outstanding. I feel like I bought a new home. I had gutters replaced, a new roof, and siding on the damaged areas (40%) of my home. I am extremely happy with the process and end product. It was very hard to fine the exact color match of my vinyl siding. Hi-5 Roofing Professional Experience was critical in being able to find an exact match. I would give my highest recommendation for hiring Hi-5 Roofing. This is a very trustworthy company!

  I had a great experience with the company. Luis and Seth were very responsive and flexible. They connected us with a contractor that completed dry wall work as well and we had a good experience with the recommendation. There were a few issues that weren't addressed at first but as soon as I brought the issues up, Luis sent a crew out and addressed the issues.
