  Heritage replaced my roof following a hail storm in 2021. At the time, they said all the right things. Since then I have had some storm damage to flashing at the top of a shed roof. The first time this happened ~2 years ago, I tried to do a warranty claim with Heritage. I paid $250 to make the claim and then they did not get in touch with me. When I called to try and get information on when this would be addressed, someone in a call center answered, not an actual employee. Eventually a different company fixed this problem. ~1 week ago we got more storm damage to the same metal pieces, but on a different section of the roof. Apparently Heritage used nails to secure the metal, not screws. I was told nails were not the right choice as they can back out over time and if not properly sealed, increasing the risk of roof damage. Now I have to pay to fix the damage plus replace all the nails securing the metal with screws to prevent future issues. Save your time, money, and energy. Go with a different company that does things correctly the first time.

  I had some hail damage and needed to replace the roof and used heritage. Well, I wish I had not. Once they replaced my roof I experienced a couple of leaks (something my roof didn't do even with hail damage), and I called them to get it fixed. Well, each time they came out they said they fixed it and then it still leaked, and then after filling a complain with the BBB they said it was a flashing issue, that they don't do. Well, every time they came out I could never get a straight answer for what they did to fix it, and then workers they sent I was not able to communicate with due to a landguege barrior. Then "fixing" it only made it worse, and they said I would have to lay extra to get them to fix it. Overall a terrible experience and I would not reccomend that you use them. I was initially given a quote that was super expensive, only to say it was too high and then they dropped the price, a red flag I should have seen initially. Overall I would avoid using heritage and would reccomend anyone else instead of them, if I could go back and do it again I would not use then.

  Heritage Roofing & Construction Review I recently worked with Manny Martinez at Heritage Roofing & Construction for a roof replacement after hail damage, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Manny, who handled sales and project management, was extremely professional and communicative throughout the entire process. He checked in with me during the day to provide status updates and assured me that, despite a rain forecast, they had a solid plan to protect the roof. Manny also took the time to clearly explain all the roofing options available and reassured me that Heritage would manage all the insurance paperwork related to my hail damage claim, which made things much easier on my end. The crew was punctual, respectful of my property, and did an almost perfect job cleaning up after the work was done. It’s clear they take pride in their craftsmanship and customer service. I highly recommend Heritage Roofing & Construction if you’re looking for a reliable and professional roofing company.

  Mason Mathis was great to work with from start to finish. He kept me updated every step of the way and made the whole roofing process way less stressful than I expected. The crew showed up on time, got everything done fast, and left the place cleaner than they found it. Really solid experience all around. I’ll definitely be sending people his way.

  Went with Heritage and happy we did. Manny Martinez worked with us in explaining the process with replacing our damaged roof. He had the work slotted within a week and it all got done in a day! They did a good clean up too. I would recommend them any day

  Highly recommend working with Thomas Gears from Heritage Construction Co. for roof replacement. He’s a hard-working man with honesty & integrity and genuinely wants to make sure his customers are getting the best value and the best quality work with the job. He kept my husband & I and our insurance company very well informed throughout the entire process. When they found out the original product delivered was all completely defective, he made sure we got new product instead of leaving that bad shingles on. When the roofers finished work accidentally punctured a water pipe in the attic, he owned this accidental error and helped us fixed the leak. I cannot thank him enough for getting us through this process with a better roof than we could have imagined!

  I have nothing but good things to say about my experience with Heritage Construction. Daniel Wren did a great job from start to finish! The roof work was started when they said it was going to, and completed the same day...and it looks great! I highly recommend Heritage!!

  Heritage Construcion installed my roof in November of 2018. My roof still looks brand new. They did such a great job that I took a job with the company. I’m now a project manager for Heritage Construction.

  Great company! If you want a contractor to keep you informed, answer all questions you have, and do a great job. Hit up heritage Construction! Chad was awesome. Everyone I delt with at this company was outstanding. I will for sure recomend, and use again if needed.

  Very very good contractor. I received a very good quote, excellent service and workmanship. They were there when they said they would be. They gave excellent customer service and always kept me up to date on where they were with the project. I did not have to worry about a thing. They also did a remarkable clean up job after the job was done. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.
