  A1 from Day 1 (Eddie Alston) - I couldn’t be more satisfied with the service I received from Hendo Roofing & Repair company. From start to finish, the entire experience was professional, courteous, and handled with great attention to detail. I especially want to recognize Eddie Alston, who went above and beyond throughout the process. Eddie was incredibly knowledgeable, responsive, dependable, and genuinely committed to making sure everything was done right. He took the time to answer my questions, kept me informed, and made what could have been a stressful experience feel easy and reassuring. His professionalism and personal attention truly stood out. It’s not often that you come across someone who takes such pride in their work and treats customers with this level of care. Eddie is a tremendous asset to the company, and I sincerely appreciate everything he did for me. I recommend this Hendo Roofing to anyone looking for quality workmanship and outstanding customer service. Five stars without hesitation!

  Jeff Hackett at Hendo was very responsive to our questions. Our roof needed full replacement, sheeting as well. Jeff texted promptly when materials would be delivered and when the roof was done. Our house is older so our gutter replacement caused some issues but Jeff was quick to resolve and address.

  I had an excellent experience working with Hendo project manager Jeff during my house siding replacement. From start to finish, everything was well organized and clearly communicated.   Highly recommend Jeff and Hendo roofing. He explained everything thoroughly, was there every step with insurance, and worked really hard to make our lives easier. The roof looks great and the crew worked really hard to get everything done before the rain hit. Can’t thank Jeff and the team enough!

  Great company. Hendo put on a new roof and then sent a team to wrap all my facia boards with aluminum. Did a fantastic job and Eddie did a great job of keeping me updated and inspecting the work when it was completed. I would recommend them to anyone looking for roof or gutter work. Even the cleanup was excellent.

  I had something that I suspected could be an issue with my roof or attic. Nico inspected it and very honestly let me know it was not a roofing issue. He then inspected my roof for free and let me know I had some things to take care of in the near-future but no immediate action was necessary. It's very refreshing to have an honest company like this who thinks about getting customers for the long term. When we do replace our roof, Hendo is my first call.

  I cannot recommend Hendo Roofing & Repair highly enough. I contacted Hendo about a possible roofing leak. They responded very quickly and developed an economical repair plan that was done quickly and has kept the water out. I will definitely be calling Hendo the next time I need roofing work done at my home. You should too!
