  Terrible experience. Had an appt to come out look at some rotting parts of soffett. All sudden too busy to come and give é estimate because dont want to do a small job but only full roofs. Beware of excuses.

  This was the best experience we have had with a roofing company, the crew was polite and kept job site clean the entire time during the roofing project. Chris kept us informed every step for start to finish. The roof looks amazing and we are so glad we chose Hect Home Improvement. Highly recommend, the price was great, and we can tell this company really cares about their customers. Don't go any where else for roofing services in Saginaw or Frankenmuth, we are now getting our siding and gutters done. They are also doing our other house roof in Frankenmuth. Thank you so much to the entire Hect Home Improvement Team!!!

  These guys did my dad's roof. They were so damn quick. They were kind to everyone at the house. We never had one single issue with them. And any time we had questions they answered them without making us feel in the way.

  I had a major hole in my roof when a tree fell on it and he gave me a fair price did it quick and thoroughly nothing but great service

  He came out and fixed a pipe boot that could have caused me severe damage and did it on his own time and even did it for nothing since he was in my area highly recommend.

  I had a slice in the rubber boot of a pipe on my roof. Chris conveniently texted me, and even though I wasn’t home, he was still willing to come over and send me pictures of some other issues with my roof/gutters and gave me some good recommendations. He patched the boot for free for me. Definitely recommend

  Does great work, would highly recommend using Chris, he is fair and goes above and beyond for his customers. Gives a quote in a fast a timely manor. Dont mess around call Chris for any of your construction needs!

  I had a leak in my roof that was ruining the inside of my house, I got ahold of Chris and he came out in a reasonable time and gave me a fair price and did the work amazing I would highly recommend him
