  Seemed knowledgeable, but initially offered a service that they backed out on. Said roof could be repaired. Then backed away from that recommendation and said it could only be replaced. Then back away from that recommendation and said they were too busy to consider my project. Very unprofessional. Will not recommend to friends and colleagues.

  What company has no knowledge on fixing shingles from we got from sheriff goselin? Absurd how they say they can not replace wind damage and to go with another company. Unprofessional service

  Hi there! Sheriff Goselin shingles are a copyrighted product that is produced in house at the Sheriff Goselin company. They are the only contractors that can get the product. We have no way to order them. Any other roofing company that you call will give you the same response. You have to contact the Sherrif Goselin company directly for sales and service of the Sherrif Goselin roofing product lines. I urge you to do your homework before bad mouthing a local business online. *** I also believe this is made from a fake account by ADAM H. who has posted several negative reviews- look at the other reviews that he has left he makes fake accounts and leaves bad reviews!!!!! ADAM H I have seen that this "no munchies" account has left reviews to the same business slamming them that you did and I also let Google know that. All these 3 negative reviews were posted within an hour of each other.***

  Called to get a gutter install estimate and was told I had to pay $119 just to get an estimate that every company provides free. Will also be forwarding this unscrupulous business tatic to the state attorney general office for investigation. No company is ever to charge for an estimate for work. This company is not recommended for any work and I would ask anyone to avoid this business at all costs. 6/16/22 in reply to the business comments on my review.... As the owner of a landscaping business I don't charge my customers for fuel and whatever else you justify it for when I provide Estimates for any job. It's called cost of doing business. And yes I laughed at your attempt to scam me of $119 and yes I hung up on her because this tactic is not an honest one especially during these hard times everyone is facing. I have emailed this matter to the state attorney general office for them to review it. This is absolutely no different then price gouging during this pandemic or anything else for that matter. So you may have happy customers who don't mind paying you a fee no company will charge to roll a yard counter along the ground to measure the area needed for gutters. So you can attempt to justify it all you can but the reality is your just scamming people out of their hard earned money. And maybe I should charge you a $119 fee for my time making the call to you. My review will stay and will not change Because ppl need to no of your ways. I will also be searching the state databases to see if you or anyone who works for you is a convicted criminal and weather you have any and all licenses. Have a good day

  Hi Adam! This is the owner. I was in the room when you verbally assaulted and hung up on my calltaker before she could let you know that our service fee covers our technician (who is a licensed builder with 20 years experience) to drive to your home and perform a 17 point roof and attic analysis and also provide you with pictures and estimates of any damage he finds as well as any estimate for work that you would like done such as gutter work if they are non existing or damaged. We are at your home for about 60-90 minutes evaluating your full roofing system. We are a service company primarily dealing in roof repair. I apologize that you are upset I do feel that there is confusion on your behalf as many service based companies do charge service/diagnostic fees. This covers fuel and maintenance on our vehicles to help keep our techs on the road and serving our amazing clients with the best roofing repair options here in the Tri-cities as we have for the past 15 years with many clients who have been happy to pay a service/diagnostic fee to get a trained professional to their home in a timely manner, which is what the fee covers. Not the estimate itself. I hope that clears up any confusion and have a wonderful day! I agree if you are looking for just gutters and not having issues with other components of your actual roof, you may want to contact companies who ONLY do gutters. :) Response to Adam's response: To anyone who may give merit to Adam's review I urge you to look at some of the other reviews he has left. You will see what kind of person he is and please take that into consideration. He leaves awful reviews for companies that he has never used. I also believe he is creating fake accounts to post unfavorable reviews to these businesses. He has been reported to Google and hopefully will no longer be able to do this in the future.

  We had Mitch (owner) come out for an estimate on replacing our roof, soffit and fascia among other things we thought we might need. First of all he did a complete and thorough inspection of our home, then sat down with us as we discussed what was immediately needed, and what we could wait on due to our budget. Mitch was extremely professional and worked with us until we decided on what we wanted done. He spent quite some time drawing up plans and an estimate, while returning to our home many times to make sure he had everything exactly correct and all measurements before giving us the final estimate. I am 64 years old and have owned 3 homes in my life, and dealt with many different contractors over the years, and I cannot begin to stress the professionalism exhibited by Mitch. The communication was also great! Whenever we would text Mitch with a question, he would immediately call us. I could tell dealing with Mitch that I was not going to hire anyone else. Once the work started, his crew was just as professional. All great guys that do fantastic work. Everyone in his crew was very polite and curious. Mitch was on the job site and working with his crew 99% of the time. The work these guys did was fantastic and second to none! They showed up every day with every tool and all equipment needed for a very professional job! Each day they made sure everything was cleaned up for the day and all was ready for the next day. The job was completed and actually surpassed our expectations, and on time! We will be using Mitch and his crew in the future as our budget dictates. I would highly recommend Yeager Roofing, Mitch and his crew if you need work done.

  Yeager Roofing is amazing. They were prompt, did excellent work and installed my skylights and fixed my roof. They came back to fix the electrical when it wasnt connected and also came back to help me register my skylights when I couldnt figure out how to do it! Everyone was really nice and they worked really hard. They made sure there was nothing dangerous left on the lawn that could hurt my dog and they were extremely respectful and considerate. They always have impeccable communication with the homeowner and utilize quality products and materials. This is unheard of with most other companies. They made sure everything was perfect before they finished and I can still call them if I need something. I would HIGHLY recommend this company, they are a family type company that takes pride in doing good work. Thank you Mitch and all of your people! Roschelle

  Nacho's team did a great job in resurfacing my blacktop driveway. Good communication before they started and when finished. Very pleased with Yeager's work from driveway install in 2021 to now.

  Dealt with Yeager owner, Mitchell about my leaking skylight. Mitch came out and for a minimal charge made a temporary fix to the leak, analyzed the problem and gave a detailed estimate to replace the 35 year old skylight. Yeager is not a low cost contractor, but I felt confident that Mitch would do the job to satisfaction. A week later, Mitch came out with two other workers to do the job. They worked quickly and quietly. At the end I had a problem with the gap between the skylight and the interior drywall. Mitch came back quickly and fixed the issue though it may not be a required function of roofers. In the end, I feel that the somewhat higher charge for superior service is well worth it, and probably less than discounted contractors with no commitment to excellence and customer service. Well done Yeager. You have a new customer!

  5 skylights replaced. From day 1 we contacted Yeager roofing for estimate to day job completed communication, workmanship and professionalism all excellent. The 6 guys on the job were very kind and respectful of our property. Highly recommend !!

  We have a modular home in Merrill, MI. 1800sq ft ranch single story with a 2 car detached garage. Mitch from Yeager came and provided an excellent outlay of his companies work ethic, principles and his crews long-term commitment to meeting and exceeding just normal standards. Three quotes later from alternative roofing outfits and Yeager is the winner. Just today finishing a full roof tear-off and replace along with the garage additionally replacing three skylights and even the gutter system on both buildings, too. Simply fantastic. Start to finish all folks involved were very diligent,polite,kept an exceedingly clean work sight every day, and performed very very good work. Extremely satisfied,......sad I'll never need them again in this home! lol Jeff Heiple
