Received a quote and then they had a Very aggressive sales approach and demeaning follow up. Decided to choose a different company based on their sales approach.

To expensive...didn't tell us until the consultation was over that it wasn't free and we had to pay $100. Not good customer service

Thank you for your review. As with every customer, we did inform your husband over the phone that there was a charge for an on site roof inspection. Best of luck on your roofing project!

Gave Husky a call at 11am, September 13th. A women directed us to a sales associate named Dylan and gave us his phone number. Then Dylan ended up calling us to set up a time (2pm) to meet up for an estimate. At 2:30 we gave him a call to see where he was, no answer. He then called back and said he called twice at 1:30, although there were no missed calls on our part. So we waited 4 hours until Dylan said he didnt want to do business with us. He was nice at first, but did a 180 and turned extremely rude.

Had to pay exterminator for major bee problem because flexivent was not installed on ends of ridge cap. After multiple calls to Huskey and no help I am going to buy and install my own. Hopefully we don't have any major problems because company blows you off after installation.

Mrs. Darmody's roof was installed properly, and she has not had any leaks or other issues that would be covered by her warranty. If she had a leak we would have taken care of it immediately to avoid interior damage. She had a bee infestation which is not a result of the workmanship or product that was installed on her home. Pest infestations are not covered by our warranty and Mrs. Darmody was never told otherwise. We are not exterminators, and to keep our employees safe we could not go inspect the property until the infestation was taken care of. We offered to come take a look at the roof when we had an opening available, and even give her product to fix the problem herself but she refused both options. We are sorry about any miscommunication on our end and wish we could have reached a better resolution.

Husky did our roof in May. We got the roof with seamless gutters. The whole process was excellent. The roof looks awesome and I know I'll never have to worry about it again. Everyone from the office staff to the on site crew was very courteous, friendly, and professional. The roof was done in a day and the gutters went up the next morning. We are so happy with our choice. The cost was also right in the range we expected and planned for with no surprise add on or any crap. Just a straight up good deal. You can't go wrong with this company.

I had Husky do a tear off of my old shingle roof and install a new standing seam metal roof. They were responsive and professional from my very first contact. Husky came to the house to inspect the roof and quickly got me a detailed estimate and scope of work. Dylan and his whole crew did a great job and the quality of the finished product is proof of their expertise in metal roofing. The whole project took under three days and they left my property spotless and the roof looks incredible. Worth every penny.

We are thrilled with our new roof! Everyone we worked with from start to finish was wonderful. Husky was referred to us by a couple of neighbors. They are just a great group of people. I highly recommend this company!

They were very professional and completed the project very quickly. They definitely stand apart, from other roofing companies, and we highly recommend their services.

We had a standing seam metal roof fabricated on site and installed on our house this fall. The Husky Metal Roof team, from getting us a quote and scheduling, through installation did an outstanding job. Jimmy and his team of fabricators and installers were amazing. They were super hardworking and efficient and very skillful. We used a 26 gauge Sheffield steel material in Moonstone. Husky Metal Roof was also the most competitive bid among four other companies that we contacted. We are so pleased with the results and highly recommend them.

Outstanding work! Fast, efficient, courteous. Clean up perfect. At the end of the job, Tom and Jimmy went out of their way to complete a small extra that was an agreement with our salesman that was not included with their paperwork. They stayed late, did the work with a smile and ensured all was right. A real testimony to who they are and their desire to ensure customer satisfaction. Very hard to find customer service to that level anymore. Highly recommend! Ask for Tom and Jimmy to be part of your installation crew. The other men were great too. Good, clean workmanship. Thank you all!

I am extremely pleased with my new metal roof. The installation team was professional, punctual, and meticulous in their work. They not only installed the roof with great skill but also ensured that the cleanup afterwards was thorough and complete. The roof itself is both beautiful and of excellent quality, and I could not be happier with the result. I would confidently recommend Husky Metal Roofs to anyone looking to enhance their home with a durable and attractive upgrade.
