  Called to get a small roof repair done for leak that was coming through ceiling. Was promised that someone would come out to do the repair for a certain price, which I agreed to (reluctantly, since it was going to rain for 3 days). Come Monday, everyone doesn’t have it in their system nor are they able to come out for 6-8 weeks. Ridiculous! I even escalated to the “supervisor” who had no clue what is going on. You guys might need to work on professionalism in your call centers and management, because this is UNACCEPTABLE!

  While the shingle part of the roof looks great, the flatter part was covered in a white dura-roof used in commercial installations. It looks HORRIBLE and there is little I can do about it. Additionally, the dumpster that was dropped on my lawn 3+ weeks ago is still there and has killed my lawn. My recommendation - get ALL the details of what the product is that they intent to use before going forward. Had we known what the front and back parts of the roof would look like, I never would have gone with them. Very unhappy - and stuck with a HUGE bill for a substandard product

  Terrible experience. Non responsive management. The service fee was supposed to go towards an estimate and service for patching our shingles on our roof. Months later, we still have neither the estimate nor the service. We've called management a few times and are always told they will call us back (they never do). We were considering a new skylight and a new roof, but with the issues we have already had for what should be a simple fix, we are not impressed. The service fee is a scam that went towards nothing, not even an estimate for shingle repair. $135 for two guys to come out and tell us we are missing shingles (when I already knew that) and that they would call us (but they didn't) is too much money for nothing.

  The original crew that showed up did not speak English except for one person. They took the skylight out by cutting the drywall that goes into a groove in the window. When they put the new skylight in there was a large gap where the drywall had been cut out. I ended up repairing it myself. They were supposed to install a vent for the bathroom fan of which did not get installed until later by removing some of the new shingles. Some of the work that was done by the original crew had to be repaired by a second crew. The second crew had to remove some of the roof boards from old damage, change some of the soffit vents that were installed improperly, and replace fascia boards. I went with this company because they are local. I know it is hard to get good help these days, but this was prior to COVID by a couple of years.

  We recently had our roof replaced by Herbert Roofing and we are very happy with the job they did. Tim Walli was great to work with and walked us through the whole process explaining each component. Their attention to detail made them stand out from other companies who didn't check for or address those issues in their quote. While they weren't the lowest quote we got (they were close), we felt their experience, thoughtfulness, and thoroughness was worth the small extra cost. Blake managed our job wonderfully keeping us updated on their progress throughout the day. Big purchases like this can be stressful and Herbert alleviated a lot of that stress. I would definitely recommend them.

  Blake, Antonio and their crew really did their big one with our roof! Our old roof was horrible. Nothing but old and missing shingles, tarps, rotted wood with huge holes… they fixed everything! Not to mention everything was completed in ONE day. This company seriously exceeded our expectations. We were really nervous about the price considering the extent of the damage but it was WAY cheaper than we expected and the clean up was amazing!! you’d never know they were here if they didn’t leave a beautiful new roof behind 😁 I’m so glad we choose this company thank you guys so much!!

  Shane was great. He explained everything that him and his crew would be doing. He also kept in contact with me throughout the day. The crew was very professional and polite. Everything was picked up and cleaned. You couldn't tell they had been there. If I have any questions or issues, I can call Shane any time. Highly recommended, Bonnie Johnson

  We had roof damage around the chimney and above the garage, and really old shingles. We thought it would be at least a day and a half. 1 Day ! Kevin and his amazing crew did it in one day. They scraped off all the old shingles, made both repairs, put on new shingles and even cleaned up in 1 day! And we love the new light color. Thank you Kevin and crew :) I also want to say thank you to Terry and Stevie for make the whole process so simple.

  These guys are pro! The crew showed up on time and repaired a few missing shingles on our garage. Super quick, fairly priced. The guys were all clean cut, polite and even wore matching shirts. First class operation I would highly recommend.

  Justin was our contact and sales representative for a 3 building project. 2 large barns and the main house/garage. Justin was polite, professional and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the process to myself and my elderly MIL, he was patient and kind. After the estimate was completed, there was a full explanation. He took a lot of time to be sure everything was explained and covered without trying to upsell. Crew arrived on time as expected, Trish reached out to confirm a date, and was accommodating to our request. Crew members and on site supervisor was polite and professional, on time every day of the project and went above and beyond. This was a great experience with a lot of moving parts. It’s evident that the culture at Herbert Roofing values its employees.

  Herbert Roofing did a great job through the entire process. No pressure sale but detailed explanation of the pricing and the process by Tim. Shane was the project manager and the team started on time and completed the project as he said they would plus cleaned up perfectly. Great job.
