  We had a total tear off and roof replacement done with them and it was a super smooth process. They cleaned up everything perfectly, gave us a competitive price and did a final thorough inspection once the work was done. Chris is a great business owner.   Hect home did a great job on my roof! I felt so comfortable from the start while engaging with Drew. He explained all the products that were offered and the need of each product. He examined everything and was very honest from the start. The process was seamless up until after the roof was installed. Towards the end, it started to rain so maybe that was why more than a few nails were exposed around the house even after cleanup. I’ve made Drew aware of this during his final inspection and he cleaned most of the nails and the small things that was left over on the roof. With that being said, I would still recommend this company. I already let Drew know that I will be needing his services in the future. Thank you to the installers and thank you Drew for everything!

  Steve & the Hect Team provided honest, attentive and professional service from day 1. Steve assured me from early on that this crew was spot-on, and that each roof they do, they do it as if it were their own. If they see something that needs attention, they report it with pictures, and detailed explanation if needed - very transparent - 100% satisfied & would Recommend Steve and his amazing crew to closest family & friends. It is rare when you do business with a salesperson and they can tell you how wise this investment is, how its will save you in the long & short term, how good it will look etc. AND THEN when the work as done and the final product looks FAR BETTER than expected!!! Hect DELIVERED far beyond their promise. Hect is SOLID.
