  We waited 2 times for them to come out and they were a no show.

  Cynthia, our records show that your inspection was scheduled for Sunday, July 12, 2026, between 8:00 and 9:00 AM. My team arrived at approximately 7:50 AM and knocked on your tenant's door for 10–15 minutes but received no response. As you had informed me that you were currently in Florida, I relied on your tenant to provide access to the property. At approximately 11:00 AM, your tenant contacted me and asked if I could return. By that time, I was already at other scheduled inspections. I explained that I would do my best to return later that day if my schedule allowed, but I did not guarantee that I would be able to make it back. We strive to arrive on time for every appointment and appreciate clear communication to ensure inspections can be completed as scheduled.

  HD Roofing and Restoration is very easy to work with. They handled all the permits and delt with my insurance company. Very professional and when they were done you couldn't tell they had ever been there the work area was so clean. I definitely recommend Gonzalo and his crew. You won't find anyone better.

  The service was very good. They responded quickly to my request. Gonzalo came out to do a free inspection and found the answer to my roof leaf PLUS other small spots that needed some touch up maintenance. They stuck to their quote and repaired any issues they found. Gonzalo took photos before and after the service was performed. So far we've had several days of rain and there were no leaks to report. Their price was very reasonable. I especially appreciated no pressure to have a new roof unlike a larger roof business kept mentioning upon their inspection. It's only. 13 years old.

  Experienced wind damage and some siding was partially pulled away from house. Crew came within 24 hours of my call and completed all repairs on a Sunday. The crew were hard working and efficient. I would highly recommend HD Roofing based on my recent experience.
