willie and his great roofing crew really came through for us in Cypress. After a big hail storm, almost every home in our neighborhood needed roof work, and it was hard to even get a roofing estimate without a long wait. We had a bad experience at first with another roofer who made big promises but did not finish the job the right way. A trusted friend told us to call willie because he was honest, reliable, and careful with every part of the roofing project. He came out quickly, inspected the shingles, flashing, and overall roof system, and explained in simple terms what needed to be repaired or redone to meet proper roofing standards. his team was professional, on time, and easy to work with, and the quality of the workmanship gave us real peace of mind. Since then, we have stayed loyal customers because they always handle roof repairs and maintenance with care. if we ever need a full roof replacement, storm damage repair, or even just a few shingles fixed, we know this roofing team will be the one we trust.

After a storm with strong wind, my ridge vent came loose, and I was worried about possible water damage if the roof repair was not handled fast. Hayes Brothers Roofers Llc responded quickly, and Bobby, Sean, and their crew got the new ridge …

Hayes Brothers Roofers Llc did an excellent job on my new roof. I first called for an estimate, and Lawrence followed up quickly while Willie came out within the week to inspect everything. Soon after, I received a clear quote and got helpful answers to all my questions about the shingle roofing work and the rubber roof section over the sunroom area. The scheduling process was smooth, communication stayed strong, and every call or email was answered in a timely way. The roofing crew arrived within the expected lead time and finished the full job in just two days. They worked efficiently, handled the installation in a professional way, and made sure the property was well protected during the project. They replaced the full shingle roof and the rubber roofing area with quality workmanship, and the cleanup afterward was excellent. The crew was polite, respectful, and hard working from start to finish. In the Texas heat, it was great to have a roofing team that stayed organized and got the work done right without delays. I would highly recommend them for anyone needing reliable residential roofing service.

I had a great experience with Hayes Brothers Roofers Llc. Most of the roof work was covered by insurance after hail damage was found. For the cost of my deductible and a little extra, I got high-quality algae-resistant shingles, brand-new …

I needed a full roof replacement on my home’s flat roof and new shingle roofing on two sheds, and I got estimates from several roofing contractors before making a choice. I went with this roofer because they were quick to respond, easy to work with, and their pricing was fair and reasonable. Along with the roofing work, they also replaced part of my home’s siding. After the old siding was removed, they found insulated siding underneath, which was hard to match. Bobby came up with a smart solution and added an extra layer of insulation board under the new regular siding, and they did not charge anything extra for that upgrade. The whole roofing and exterior job was handled in a professional way, the crew kept me informed, and the workmanship on both the flat roof and shingle roof looks great. I’m very pleased with the final result and would highly recommend them for roofing and siding work.

We were referred to this roofing company, and I’m really glad we chose them for our roof work. Sean was my first contact, and he was very attentive from the start. He came out quickly, looked over everything, explained our roofing needs in simple terms, helped us through the insurance claim process, and was there when the adjuster arrived. Later, Lawrence came by to inspect the roof and exterior details more closely. He helped us fine tune the scope of work and made adjustments based on what we wanted done. Gabriel, the project lead, was excellent throughout the job. We ended up adding a little more work beyond what insurance covered, and the team was very fair and easy to work with on the added cost. The finished roof looks amazing and really improved the whole appearance of the house. We also had the back chimney removed, replaced soffits and fascia across the front, and added seamless gutters for better drainage during heavy Texas rain. Everything looks clean, sharp, and well crafted. It may seem like a small detail to some people, but seeing the upgraded roofline and trim every day makes a big difference to us. The crew worked efficiently, kept the project moving, and completed everything fast without cutting corners. The pricing was reasonable, the communication was clear, and the workmanship was solid from start to finish. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing roofing, gutters, fascia, soffit, or related exterior work.

I had a great experience from start to finish with this roofing and siding team in Cypress. We had a leak coming from a drain pipe along an exterior wall behind the kitchen cabinets, and instead of tearing into the kitchen, we wanted access from the outside of the house. Their crew carefully removed a section of the aluminum siding and opened part of the exterior wall sheathing so the repair could be made the right way. Once the leak was fixed, everything was put back in place neatly, and the siding looked just like it did before. Gabriel was professional, easy to communicate with, and kept us updated through the whole job. They showed real skill with exterior home repairs, siding work, and protecting the structure while the repair was being done. I would definitely contact them again for any roofing, siding, flashing, or exterior repair work.

I was very impressed with this roofing company. I first called because the bathroom skylight was leaking. Sean set up a time to inspect it, and he showed up exactly when he said he would, which is rare these days. After checking the skylight and roof, he explained that there was storm damage and suggested I contact my insurance company. He also said he would be there when the adjuster came out, and he was. I ended up having them replace my roof, and the whole process went smoothly from start to finish. The crew finished on schedule, worked carefully around my home and belongings, and did a great job with cleanup. With the Texas heat and strong storms, it was a relief to have a roofing team that knew what they were doing and handled everything professionally. My new roof and skylight work look great, and I would absolutely recommend them.

I can’t say enough good things about the customer service from Hayes Brothers Roofers LLC. They installed the roof on my home, and after a major storm I called because I noticed several missing cap shingles. Jesus came out quickly with the matching ridge caps and took care of the repair right away. While he was already up there, I casually asked if he could also take a look at the gutters, and he cleaned them out around the whole house. When the work was finished, I asked what I owed, and he would not charge me anything for the visit. That kind of follow-up support and honest roofing service is hard to find. A roof is not just shingles and nails, it is also the workmanship, the warranty support, and knowing the crew stands behind the job after the installation. It meant a lot to have a local roofer in Cypress who responded fast, handled the issue professionally, and made sure everything was secure and cleaned up. That level of care and customer service is truly priceless.
