  Our solarium roof was leaking. Hanson sent two surly workers who worked 20 minutes. We received a bill for $275 and then watched the roof leak again during the next rainstorm. When we called Hanson, they said that we needed a new gutter at a cost of $1,290 which is excessive. Subsequent efforts to get them to come out to fix the roof have been futile. We will not use them again.

  Mary, your husband called me back and he let me know that this issue was resolved by Hanson years ago and that while the process was less than seamless, we did complete the job and the solarium has been dry ever since.   Hanson Roofing will NOT stand behind their lousy work. I hired Hanson to fix my flat roof where I had an issue with ponding water. They sent a crew who was gruff and messy, and whose work was careless and slipshod. Several days after the repair we got a bit of rain and the water was still ponding on the roof exactly as it had before the “repair.” I contact Hanson to complain and was told by Chuck, too bad. He said he would do nothing to fix the problem and was combative and obstinate on the phone. I told him that if he wouldn’t make it right that I’d be happy to hire another roofer and he could refund me the difference. He accused me of extortion. And said if I didn’t like the work I could take him to court. Hanson Roofing are HACKS and they will not stand behind their work.

  Needed cedar siding repair and contacted a number of local contractors. Hanson was, unlike the other three companies, responsive and by far the fairest price. George and his crew arrived exactly when promised, had the boards milled already, and finished the job exactly on time. When presented with the bill I found it to be ten percent less than the original estimate. George explained that materials were less than expected. How often does that happen! I couldn’t recommend a company more than Hanson.

  Great experience with Hanson! When we first closed on our house, we had them come check our roof for inspection. They were timely, extremely professional and did some repairs on our roof that saved us from later potential damage! Would recommend to anyone!

  Over the summer we had a bad storm that took off a number of shingles from the roof. We called Hanson and with a day they had come out to evaluate, gave a very reasonable quote and repaired the damaged shingles. Plus their man Kenny was extremely professional and efficient! Definitely using again in the future.

  I had a small roof leak and called Hanson roofing. Ken came out the next day and repaired the roof with a quality job. He took the time to explain the issues and show me how he was going to fix them. He even suggested a few low cost ways I could get more life out of my flat roof and replace it down the road. I am very appreciative to have found an honest and professional roofer in the area and look forward to calling them next time I have an issue.
