  Edit-posted after their response Sure, attack me personally and make it sound like I am a bad person for leaving what amounts to an honest reveiw. If you dont want a negative review, then you have to provide some at least some sembalnce of customer service, like just a little. BUT clearly, in reading the response of the company, they would rather double down on bad customer service and provide even worse customer service. Arguing in public and being defensive is never a good look for a company, especially the owner. It seems like they do not want to learn from this lesson and, in the future, provide better customer service. Being snarky and condescending is not the way to earn business, especially when there are better, more appreciative companies out there. Now, due to their defensiveness and calling into question my character, I will make it my job to inform everyone I talk to to not use this company ever. I have actually never had a business be so defensive in all my "793" reviews, (I do appreciate the company taking an interest in my profile. It makes me feel special😁. Yes, I post a lot of reviews, and this is the very reason, so customers can know about a company from first-hand experience. Because i give honest feeback is why I also have over 250 followers on Google maps (not sure if the company saw that either lol) If they were really doing their research on me like they should, they would have seen that i post mostly positive reviews. In fact l, I try to avoid posting a negative review at all costs (because why would I patron a company where i will have a negative experience?), but alas for them this unavoidable and even more so after their response. If i could give negative stars i would, I mean what kind of company does this, start a "war of words" with a random, unimportant potential customer such as myself? Clearly, do better and be better. That should be the company's goal moving forward or, as they so eloquently put it, "onward and upward." I'm glad pe

  Excellent customer experience. Jake was great to work with and very quick to respond. He was professional, came out next day to diagnose, and helped us fix the small roof leak while he was here. Highly recommend.

  It's been a joy to work with Hanover Homes and Roofing! I first called in a panic due to roof leaks while renovating our new (to us) house. Jake worked quickly to get his team out to patch the roof until we could budget for a replacement. As soon as we were able, we called them back out to replace the whole roof and the process was seamless. Jake and his team are kind, efficient, and communicate so well!

  Jake and the team at Hanover Roofing exceeded my expectations from start to finish. As a family-owned business, they provided the kind of personal service and attention that can be hard to find. They originally came highly recommended by a friend who used them a few years ago, and I can absolutely see why. Communication throughout the process was excellent, pricing was fair, and the entire project moved very quickly without sacrificing quality. I especially appreciated that Jake was on site multiple times during the installation, checking in with his crew and making sure everything was running smoothly. That level of involvement and care really stood out. If you're looking for a roofing company that is responsive, honest, fairly priced, and truly invested in their work, I would highly recommend Hanover Roofing.

  Great service and work from Hanover Homes and Roofing. Jake came out the same day that I called to fix a leak. He located the source and repaired the area that was leaking. Great response, service and pricing. Would use them again for sure. Jake also let me know that they also install and repair gutters and windows. Will be sure to recommend them to friends and family.   Very happy with the results and the honest pricing. Jake came and assessed my roof that has leaked 3 different times and been patched multiple times, gave me a quote and honored the price even when it turned out to be more extensive than he originally thought. Highly recommend

  Very professional and detail oriented company. Always very thorough with explanations, very efficient with emails and pictures of their work. Always on time and the results have been amazing. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to have work done. The owner of the company was on site on a daily basis and very personable.

  Gave them a call about a leaking skylight. He came out and quickly took care of it by sealing up around all the suspected trouble areas. He also did a quick roof inspection and said everything looks very good. Actually discovered my roof isn't as old as I thought. I wasn't sure because I just bought it 5 years ago. So that was really good news. I highly recommend giving them a call.

  Jake is great to work with, very knowledgeable and enjoys what he does. Great price and quality work, much better than what was offered by the larger company we also spoke to, whose price was significantly higher for a lesser product. If your roof needs work, I highly recommend Hanover Homes and Roofing, you won’t be disappointed!
