Please be careful and do your research before working with this company. I was referred to them for a roof inspection, but my experience was not what I expected. The communication felt very pushy, and they were asking for payment upfront just for an inspection, which raised concerns for me. I also noticed that some of their reviews seem very generic, which made me question the authenticity of the feedback. Overall, the interaction felt unprofessional, and I decided not to move forward with them

This review is NOT from a customer of HANN Roofing. It has been posted by the same third-party fraudulent marketing company responsible for multiple similar reviews on our profile after a business dispute occurred upon discovering their company was operating in a deceitful and dishonest manner. They have never been a client and have no experience with our roofing services. We encourage anyone reading this to focus on feedback from actual homeowners and customers who have worked directly with our team. That is the best reflection of how we operate and the quality of service we provide.

I had a horrible experience dealing with David from Happ Roofing. Guy is very un patient. I would never work with him. Made us invest to help him and then Disputed charge. My personal opinion!

This individual is NOT a customer of HANN Roofing and did not receive any roofing services from our company. The situation referenced relates to a third party marketing vendor who failed to deliver agreed upon services. After initially engaging, we later discovered the company was operating in a fraudulent manner. When we formally requested to cancel over the phone, we were met with aggressive and unprofessional behavior. Following that interaction, and due to their failure to deliver any services or provide any resolution, we proceeded with disputing the charge. We do not “make” anyone invest in our business, and any claims suggesting otherwise are simply inaccurate. We strive to conduct all of our business professionally and ethically, and we stand by that. We take feedback seriously, but we also believe in being transparent. If any actual customers have questions or concerns, we encourage you to contact us directly we’re always happy to help!

I called to change out 36 tiles on a roof in the Pacific Palisades . The girl who answered the phone said “ we have a minimum charge of 3000 dollars . We don’t come out just the change tiles . Someone else came out, charged us 1700 dollars …

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear about your experience and appreciate the opportunity to clarify. Our company focuses on full-service roofing projects and larger repairs, which is why we have a minimum in place. This minimum helps cover the costs associated with dispatching a licensed, insured crew, ensuring proper supervision, and maintaining the quality standards we stand behind on every job. For smaller repairs, such as limited tile replacement, we understand that another company may be able to offer a lower price point that better fits that specific need. We completely respect your decision to move forward with a provider that was better suited for that scope of work, and we’re glad you were able to get your repair completed. Wishing you all the best with your property improvements!

David was professional, knowledgeable, helpful, courteous, and prompt. He seemed mostly integrated his teams work with my own teams. Work performing ductwork in the attic space. The job came out beautiful. It was going to take two days, but his team was assembled after working with my team was able to finish it in the same day.
