  They immediately said it was a waste of time to quote me a new roof after I said I wasn't interested in their financing. I was basically told they aren't going to quote a roof that I supposedly can't afford.

  Zack, I’m sorry for the confusion. After learning how flat the roof is on the trailer I instructed my salesman not to quote the roof based on the pitch so it had nothing to do with financing, you mentioned up front you already had financing from your bank and didn’t need ours. Thanks.

  Alex, we have never performed any work for you, or even had any contact so as an owner of a business I've never understood what motivates non customers to go out of their way to leave bad reviews.

  Edited to respond to owner comments below: Received a quote from Hammer Time and some other companies, elected to choose them based on their promises of the quality of their work and the multiple follow ups from the company as we were making our decision. Was set to select shingle color on Friday (7/11) and received a text from the sales guy that the owner decided to retract their bid. Should not have continued to seek out our business, if the company was not interested in the job. They may do good work, but if this is the way they do business, then it's not a very good company. I definitely will not be recommending this company to my friends and neighbors. Edit to respond to owner's comment: I never made a verbal offer of what I would pay. Your company (John) quoted the job (attached screenshot of email) - of which I also asked and had him be sure that he included the detached garage - he added the additional quote and further added to that amount via text. Either John didn't provide the facts, or there was a break down in communication somewhere - I was provided a quote and I was ready to accept the quote, it'd be your quoting that is the issue here. Thanks for taking the time to provide a response, but I wanted to provide additional facts.

  I called asking him to come over to check out my roof, he told me how busy he was and said he would show up the next day. The next day he didn't bother showing up, and didn't respond to my subsequent texts asking if he could reschedule. Terrible responsiveness, don't expect much if you call.

  Reached out to the business multiple times. Never could catch an actual person. I left a voicemail as well as a quote request through their website months back and never heard anything back. I have since gone with another company.

  Look no further, working with Glen and team are like working with family! I originally contacted them 2 years ago when I bought my house for a leak. Glen came by, and saw it was just a leak, and sent someone to just repair the leak... he could have easily told me then I needed a new roof, but was honest and did what was needed at a very reasonable cost. This year I decided to get the roof since it was 20 years old, and after speaking to 4 other vendors, Hammer Time was the best price even while using better shingles and nailing by hand... which is a MUCH better result than using nail guns. The job was flawless, his crew were polite, professional and fast!! When they were done, they cleaned up so well that there wasn't even a single nail on the ground. Great communications, fair pricing, friendly and fast service... and above all HONESTY and INTEGRITY!!! Save yourself time, money and headache, call them for your job today!

  Hammertime inspected my roof this week just to ease my mind that all is well after so many storms. Glen Farley worked with me five years ago to install my new roof also. He coordinated with me to select the perfect roof to complement my paint and stay within my budget. I will always use Hammertime for any roofing needs in the future.

  After extensive damage from the spring hail storm, Hammer Time was recommended. Roof, gutters and siding damage were taken care of perfectly! Very professional craftsmen. Absolutely no debris left behind. We couldn’t be more pleased!

  After talking to several companies we decided to use Hammer Time Roofing. Glenn and his team are very professional. They came out within a week to replace our roof. Started on time and finished late that day. Cleaned up everything and got nails up. Glen also came by the next day and went over the yard to check for any nails that may have been left. This was done in April 2024.

  One cannot but respect the men that lay down a new roof on your home. These guys showed up early and went to work! The roofing around the corners and dormers looks beautiful; a lot of time and care was put into replacing all the flashing. It's all nailed down by hand. Each day the crew made sure all debris and nails were removed from around the house. I highly recommend this company also as they were very helpful in wrapping up the paperwork etc with my insurance company.

  We chose Hammer Time after getting 3 quotes to replace our roof. John was excellent at explaining our options, and kept in touch throughout the process. The installation crew did a great job as our new roof looks really good. I would not hesitate to use them again!
