  My grandmother's house was damaged post-hurricane and after the initial agreed to quote, these guys are unreachable. She is 95 and suffers from dementia. They wasted an additional week of roof repair and now there is additional damage inside her unit. Would not trust a company that cannot return a call. Go anywhere else. Very sad! Ultimately went elsewhere and we saved 50% and the company answers every time. Looks like this company is dying. Sad!

  I am writing this review with great sadness. After the devastation of hurricane Ian in September 2022, Guy Brothers was recommended and we agreed on a price, color and all that was required for a contract in February 2023. I was very impressed with the communication between the employee, Megan and even a meeting with one of the owners, (Brent). They reassured me that as a family business they did all that was necessary to ensure that their customers were satisfied. There was a little delay, but the job was completed, (a few weeks later after saying it will take a few days) and they collected their payment in the form of check from the insurance company. A metal roof was new to me and so it took me looking at a few other roofs to realized that the job was very messy and unprofessional. I made this clear to the company but in vain. It was as if they were not the same company, I made numerous phone calls and was given the runaround. None of the text messages which were promptly returned before the project, were now unanswered. Eventually a few months later, I was told that someone would come to do an inspection. A Mr. Dupont claimed that he came and went to roof and that it passes inspection so there was nothing that they would be doing. I explained that the worked looked like a child using glue for the first time since my roof had a few different attachments. He then said that if i wanted to have the color of the 'glue' look the saw as my wall then I should have said so and that it cost more. This was really devastating to hear because this was never indicated at the beginning. I then told this rude and obnoxious person that I may have to take a lawyer because my roof looks ridiculous, and he retorted that they have bigger lawyers. I was so disappointed because I didn't expect this company who claimed to be so customer oriented would say that. My roof looks like an amateur did it and to make it worst it's at the front, so I see it every time I am Infront of my home. I

  Took this company three months to come out and do a roof repair after they told us it would be a matter of three weeks. Each time we called they kept delaying the job for one reason or another. The inspector for the dry in did a drive by inspection from his car didn't pass it then had to have it re inspected. Roofers came out during the evening hours and had to work with headlamps to see what they were doing. Just a lot of frustration with this company Will never use again.

  Guy Brothers was extremely accommodating and helpful, especially by being patient with the complications that come with dealing with insurance companies. They were in constant communication with us, answered every minor question we had (and there were plenty), provided me with every documentation request on our end and completed the job in much quicker than anticipated. Can't say enough good things about them (and Levi who was my direct contact throughout the process). Hopefully I won't need another roof anytime soon, but if I do they'd be my first call.

  Right on the money! This company is awesome. My roof is beautiful and sealed! (Went through Hurricanes Helene and Milton.) Mike Dupont is the best - great pricing, great job and was completed in a timely manner. Inspected each step of the way and the crew always cleaned up EVERYTHING, everyday! I would whole-heartedly recommend this company!

  Guy Brothers is amazing! After contacting several roofing companies and a lot no shows I was told about this company. I cannot say enough about them particularly Mike DuPont. He explained everything to me. They came out the next day while I was at work. I came home to see no blue tarp, everything cleaned up and my peace of mind restored!

  Their pricing for our replacement roof was fair and the work was done quickly and professionally. The crew did a complete clean up around the work area before leaving.   I asked Guy Brothers for an estimate to replace a leaking skylight and remove ferns growing on my roof. The estimate was very fair. I scheduled the work to be done. The servicemen came on time, did a great job and left. The roof looks good where they removed the ferns. The workmanship on the skylight is top notch. I have seen other company's skylight replacements that stood out from the rest of the roof but Guy Brothers made it match perfectly. The invoice for the work was exactly what was quoted, no additional costs or fees. I am very happy with the job they did for me.
