Extremely rude! Mike cleaned the roof on a house in Punta Gorta at the request of the previous owner. According to an extremely vulgar phone call I recieved from Mike about 2 weeks ago, the previous owner did not pay the bill for the cleaning of the roof. I was happy to give Mike the contact information I had from when I bought the house. I thought that was that, boy was I wrong. Today, Mike called me again to let me know that he is filing a mechanic's lien on my house. Mike is putting a lien on my house because he thinks I should pay him for the work he completed for someone else. How unethical is that.

I cleaned a Extremely Dirty White Roof at 719 W. Henry back in April. 5 Star Realty in Punta Gorda hired me. I was Never Paid! $400. Im doing a Mechanics Lien . I wasn't vulgar. I just notified new owner of my intention. Cleaning Roofs, especially Extremely Dirty ones is a Very Dangerous Job. I expect to get paid for my services. I wasn't on this particular job!!!!

Mike came today, (again after 5 years) did his cleaning magic and now my roof sparkles ✨ again, just like the last time! (and so reasonable too!) I couldn’t be happier - I love this “soft” service from Mike. He’s so professional, attentive too details, conscientious and friendly. Of course, I’ll always call Benson’s to help me keep a clean roof over my head!

Michael Benson was referred by our realtor. The task was the roof, exterior walls, driveway and lanai (pool deck). The job Michael did was certainly 5*. Even after he packed up, he found a spot on the roof that didn't show when it was wet. He unpacked and cleaned it. We had received a quote from another company. Their quote just to do the roof and walls was several hundred dollars more than Michael's total price which included the driveway and pool deck. Great service, great price. We highly recommend Benson's!

Mike cleaned my fathers white tile roof for the 2nd time. He was prompt and able to schedule the job right away. He is very reliable and did a good job restoring the dirty roof to white once again. He also cleaned the gutters. The cost for both was reasonable. Thanks, Mike.

Mike came out to clean my roof today. Right from go he was very professional and explained exactly how the cleaning process works. He was very careful and helped me cover some plants and bushes. Informed me to keep all my pets inside until everything is dry. When the job was complete my roof looked brand new. Thank You Mike, Job Well Done

Mike arrived as promised and our roof looks so much better. It is a 20+ year old roof and hadn't been cleaned in several years. We did not want to use a pressure washing since it can damage a roof so we elected for a chemical based cleaning. Mike was careful with any spray especially around our plants. I would highly recommend Benson's.

Tried to post this yesterday. Pressed “done”, not “post.” So I’m doing it now because I said I would. Mike was reliable and works fast. The price was good. The roof looks great. If bushes and patio furniture had been covered, the results would have been perfect.

I ask everyone to follow up watering plants and bushes. Customers who listen get great results with Zero Damage! Others who don't listen to my advice get some defoliated leaves. My roofs stay clean much longer than a Pressure Washing. Not to mention Zero Cracked Tiles. You have to follow up ladies and gentlemen. Its common sense when you smell chemicals. Thanks

Lived in Florida 15 years...will never power wash my roof again after seeing the soft wash process. Incredibly effective!
