They let rats in our roof after Ian and after suffering all their screw ups and a minor leak my handyman found that not. One. Gutter. Had been screwed in. A tender breeze could have stripped my gutters this ENTIRE TIME. …

Good afternoon “The Bug” we have zero ways to confirm if you are indeed a previous customer or not. Based on your other reviews you have issued quite a few 1 stars across many different industries. If you do indeed have an issue please call the office as we are happy to look at the gutter issue and address. Theirs no need for any negativity, if an issue indeed exists we would be happy to take a look at it, and fix it if we caused it. We have never had a roof or a project we have not come back out to review at the request of a customer. We have never had a reroof project we started that did not get an inspection and pass all city or county inspections prior to closing the project out.. Have a good day and please call if this is legitimate dissatisfaction, thank you.

Our experience with Marshall and Epic Roofing has been epic! We live in Pennsylvania and have a home in Florida that needed a new roof, by Florida standards. We used chatGPT and Epic Roofing popped up and Marshall called us almost immediately. Marshall took care of everything. From giving us an estimate to the ordering of supplies and putting the new roof on in a timely manner (less than one week from the telephone call). Marshall took care of the inspection and we are more than satisfied customers. Thank you, Marshall, and Epic Roofing.

Just had my 3rd wonderful experience with Cory and his Epic roofing crews. They have repaired, reroofed and now fix my leaky balcony. No only professional, the work quality is top notch. They listened to my concerns saw what the previous company did wrong and made sure they exceeded my expectations. They are competitively priced but took the time to do it right. I highly recommend this company and can not say enough about the whole process. Thank you

Andrew did a great job explaining everything . The quality of work on the roof was excellent . The reason for the 4 star rating was the lack of communication once the job started and nobody calling to inform us when they would be back on …

We used Epic Roofing and Exteriors to replace our roof after Maronda Homes did a shoddy job on our brand new home. David Wells was courteous and attentive, went over all our options, and quoted us an extremely competitive price. He addressed all our concerns and kept us informed from the beginning of the job to the end. The workers were punctual, efficient, and hardworking. I also appreciated the fact that they were neat. My new roof looks amazing. I highly recommend Epic Roofing and Exteriors for your roofing needs. You will not be disappointed.
