Horrible service and ended up backing out of a job. I waisted nearly 2 months trying to put togehter the job and the company completely declined the job. Took forever to refund me and I gave a $6000 deposit. Would not recommend.

What a great team! They worked with my insurance to get things taken care of quickly after the mess of Ian. Now I can move on to the rest of the house knowing it's protected by my great new roof! We couldn’t be happier.

We worked with Jeff Girard and could not be more pleased. He was beside us every step of the way from the estimate, to continual tarping, to picking out the replacement material, to a personal walk around inspection after completion. The most important thing was his patience and help throughout the insurance process. Again, we cannot express how pleased we are with the final product and we highly recommend Jeff and APC Roofing.

Top notch company. John Fraysier was the reason APC Punta Gorda was chosen to replace our tile roof with standing seam metal. John was available to answer questions throughout the entire process, kept everything on track and is an outstanding asset to APC. The installation team worked very hard completed the job quickly and kept the yard clean and nail free. If you need your roof replaced I highly recommend APC.

William is the reason I have done business with APC. I used him on a rental property job when he was with another roofer. He went above and beyond during that job. When it came time for my personal residence, I received many quotes from other roofers. Because of William’s customer service and communication it was an easy decision to hire APC. Leslie in the office was also very helpful and APC is lucky to have them both TCB! (taking care of business )

Coastal Florida is known for its picturesque beaches, balmy breezes, and beautiful weather, but if you are a homeowner or property manager in areas like Holly Hill Florida or the Palm Coast area, you know that the regions relentless humidity poses unique challenges for building materials. Among the many roofing options, metal roofing has steadily gained popularity for its durability, energy efficiency, and sleek appearance; however, the humid, salt-laden air along Floridas coast can subject even the sturdiest metal roofs to risks like corrosion, algae growth, and structural wear over time. Floridas subtropical climate, with its high temperatures and frequent rainfall, makes building maintenance a year-round priority. Between June and September, humidity levels can soar into the high 80s and 90s %, often accompanied by sudden downpours and salt spray sweeping in from the Atlantic. Unlike traditional asphalt shingles or clay tiles, metal roofs offer excellent protection against wind and water, but proactive care is crucial to have longevity, especially in coastal communities like Holly Hill and Palm Coast Florida. As many homeowners explore the benefits of metal roofing, they also quickly realize the importance of working with reliable roofing companies familiar with the regions unique environmental stressors. Experienced professionals can help you navigate material choices, protective coatings, and ventilation solutions, all tailored to the coastal Florida climate....16 hours agoLearn more
