  Had roof replaced in 2017, was promised "the industries best Warranty". Was informed that there is not a warranty now that Florida had hurricanes since the roof was put on. The shingles had been shedding pebbles since day one and now are deterorated . They used substandard products and do not back up their work.

  Im extremely sorry your roof done in Jan/Feb 2017 made it though more then 3 category 4/5 hurricanes and the only damage to the roofs was granuel loss and if you would not have hung up on me I was going to give you iko waranty information if you wanted to try and file a claim and see if they would have done something for you.. Again the product we used was of high quality and if you expect it to make it through 2 major hurricanes and still have a long life span after I think your expectations for shingles across the board are a little to high. I wish you the best of luck on your next roof..

  This company walks around and sticks cards in your windows. I don’t want your service. Don’t touch my property with your gimmicky business card.

  We are sorry you were offended by spot advertising; we tape it to the driver window because we know there is no damage to vehicles and it's no harm or danger to person receiving it. In today's crazy world it's a better method then sliding papers under a windshield wiper. Hope you understand. Thank you

  I wouldn't use this company, one of their employees drives recklessly all over town cutting people off and flicking people off after almost causing multiple accidents with their careless driving and disreguard for other people safety.

  Fine for a new roof, I guess. But if it leaks after, you are on your own. I waited two wks for a response the first time I called. The second time I got screamed at by surly man for committing the mortal sin of protecting my roof by covering it with a tarp, secured with bricks. (I’m a 66 yo woman, just for reference). If you love being ignored or verbally abused, this is the company for you.

  the wind mitigation inspection failed. They came back and put more nails in ( I saw them bring nails up the ladder twice two different kind of nails) were the inspector said there wasn't the right amount of nail. So how to say how many nails are missing all over the roof. I also would like to know where was the county inspector.

  We re-nail every roof to the county code if i remember correctly the wind mit. inspector did not use a nail finder he was trying to go off the nails that missed. We also supplied pictures and offered to open the roof for the inspector where ever he pick with him on sight cause he did not have a nail finder and he declined.. We are sorry but we feel we did everything in our power to prove we did this the right way. Best of luck in the future.

  Called to schedule an estimate i was told they would send out some one the fallowing day between 8 am an 12 no one showed up not very happy

  You called us, we apologized for misplacing the call on the wrong date and offered to be there tomorrow and you hung up on our secretary.. we then did research and you dont even own the home you are looking to buy it and using our free estimate to get an idea of the roof condition without paying for an inspection.. so again I'm sorry we misplaced the call and tomorrow would not work for you. Not a big deal we do free estimates all the time every day but to give a 1 star review and not put in there we tried to make it right is unfair. Especially if you dont own the home you called about.. best of luck on your new home purchase and we as a family business hope the best for you.

  I had an excellent inspection experience with the AAA Schwartz Roofing team. They came out and looked at my issue and told me that my roof was completely fine. My issue was with water dripping over from my gutters onto the house. They took the time to explain everything to me and gave me a company referral for gutter work. They made $0 on this inspection and process, but took the time to explain things thoroughly so I can understand the issue. I think a company that takes this much time explaining things once they know they won't make any money off of you, is worth reaching out to for services. It shows that they care about the solution, more than how much they can put in their pockets. I highly recommend reaching out to them if you find yourself in need of their services.

  Good experience, no issues. Choose this company because it is a family owned local business. Their prices are better than most other companies. Complete roof replacement. Highly recommend!

  Do not look further! Schwartz Roofing is the place for all of your roofing needs! Everyone has been so helpful and timely. My insurance sent me a "love note" that stated I needed a new roof and I wasn't being renewed. With this lovely news, I sought numerous quotes. Schwartz was not only a fair price, but they didn't have additional fees for rotted wood or other issues unlike the other companies. This is helpful. Especially for someone on a budget. I'm also not a fan of surprises...I would be super unhappy going with another company that had a "low" price only to find out it surpassed all the other quotes due to "other" repairs. Sandra Schwartz was amazing about helping me through the paperwork and calming my nerves about getting everything done for insurance (the insurance bit has sent me over the ledge - it's been great having her in my corner!). She even wrote a letter that I sent to them to verify I'm having my roof replaced. She was also patient with me as I explored the shingle options and asked one hundred questions in the blazing hot Sun outside their office. She's been super sweet about answering my crazy emails too. They also took out my skylights when I first purchased my home. They had the best quote and did it within a week!!! They also matched my current shingles!!! Schwartz is a company involved in our community. They support the teachers of Charlotte County (and also participate in the new teacher welcome celebrations). I appreciate that they give back. My roof survived Hurricane Ian. Amazing work!!!!! I'm proud to say Schwartz took care of my roofing needs! Give them a try!!! :-D Thank YOU!!!!!
