The guys came out to assess the damage. They gave me a Quote. I said "that's crazy, how can you be over 100% more than the company that came out before." He says "ok, let me call my father....Dad says "ok." He writes up the quote and said "you will receive a call from the office next week." I'm sitting in my office all week waiting, and no call. Roofing is a very competitive. Heck, I own a couple businesses myself. I would never treat a prospective customer this way. It's just BAD BUSINESS

Carlos and Michael are something else. Responsible, respectful, incredibly reasonable, sincere, and everything you'd want in a contractor when you entrust them with a project. We had a projected completion time of four weeks, and they finished in two. Everything was to my satisfaction. You can rest assured you'll be protected when you hire Gulf Coast. I vouch for them. I will say that I will no longer shop for home services again, as I have found my permanent home improvement company with Gulf Coast Roofing and Home improvements! They were punctual, professional, accountable, and any other positive adjective you can imagine. Their workmanship is 1st class, and there is nothing they can’t do. From an affordability standpoint, they were fair and competitive, especially given that they take no shortcuts and do top tier work. Ernesto and Michael were easy to work with, and adhered to the timeline given. Like I said, no more shopping for me…thank you Ernesto and Michael for making life easier on this disabled Veteran!

They showed up on time, explained everything clearly, and paid attention to every detail. My house looks amazing, and you can truly tell they care about their work.
