The critical reviews
The one and two-star reviews, first. These are what a star average hides, and they are the reason this page exists.
We hold no one or two-star review text for Guardian Roofing and Construction. That is not the same as there being none — it means our capture did not reach any. The rating breakdown above is Google’s own count and is the number to go on.

All I can say is excellent work. I had a ventilation boot on my roof come lose and I was unable to get up and replace myself. Joseph came by and fixed the problem in a hour. It looks amazing and what a professional guy. Thank you!!

I had a great experience with Guardian Roofing & Construction here in Columbia. From start to finish, they were incredibly professional and easy to work with. I previously worked with Brandon, he explained the process clearly, and kept me informed every step of the way. I would definitely recommend!

Where this page comes from
Every figure above is Google’s, captured on 24 September 2026. The star average and the 14 ratings behind it are counted by Google across all of its reviews. The review text on this page is a sample — we hold 14, of which 12 have any text — and it is not everything Google shows.
Roof Warden does not verify licenses, bonds, insurance or workers’ compensation cover, and nothing on this page should be read as though we had. Confirm those directly with the contractor and with your state or provincial licensing body before you hire anyone.
There is not much data on Guardian Roofing and Construction. A short record here means our capture found little — not that there is nothing to find, and not that the business is new or inactive.
