  *update to their review. They are right came out 3 times before they ever found the issue. Never had a leak or water damage in my home until after they installed a completely new roof. Gurdian didn't offer to help with any repairs due to the damage in the home. By far the worst roofing company I have ever used. Not only did they not do a good job with the installation of the roof but they caused additional problems which led to leaks on the interior of my home. I contacted them regarding the damage and they let me know it wasnt there fault nor would they do anything about the damage it caused. Needless to say my home didnt have a leak before the roof installation and did have a leak after the installation. Called into the number provided and nothing changed. I was told everything was reviewed and it was not their fault. Be careful with who you let work on your home.

  When Dane contacted us about a roof leak we responded immediately. We actually made two trips to this property trying to locate the cause of the leak but were unable to find any issues with the new roof. On our third trip we were able to determine where the leak was coming from, inside the attic. The chimney ran through the attic and had a drip pan installed that was designed to catch any water that came through the top of the chimney. When this drip pan caught water it would run through a rubber hose that was stretched across the attic and was loosely laying over the soffit area. Apparently this hose moved away from the soffit area and began to leak down an interior wall causing damage inside the home. As a courtesy for our customer, we secured the hose through the soffit to ensure this wouldn't happen again. We were not obligated or responsible for any of the interior water damages since the cause of the leaks had nothing to do with the roof we installed. We stand by our workmanship and warranties for any work that we complete for our customers but cannot be held responsible for damage to a home that was not caused by the work we performed.

  Raymond and the crew did an amazing job! Raymond is excellent to work with. I worked with him on a roof replacement project for my house. He walked me thru the entire process ahead of time and answered all of my questions and concerns. On the day of the project, the crew arrived on time and finished the job the same day as planned. The customer service was top notch from the entire team and I will definitely recommend Raymond and Guardian Roofing to my friends and colleagues.

  Guardian replaced two roofs in the past 2 months. Roofing product used: CertainTeed Select Shingle Master; fewer than 5% of contractors in the U.S. have this credential. When the next hurricane damages my other 2 properties, I know who to call: Guardian Roof Systems. Raymond added such value to the entire process based on his 21-year roofing experience.

  Guardian roofs provided great options to repair/improve our roof. Unfortunately we decided to renovate our bathroom instead. However, Guardian was able to provide multiple stopgap options until we would be able to replace our whole roof. They were responsive and knowledgeable about their craft. Wonderful to work with.

  After Hurricane Beryl i had Raymond do an assessment of my roof, he gave a very honest report on his findings, will definately use him again.

  From the beginning you could tell that Guarding Roofing was a very customer oriented company. Jarad, Robert or Michael were onsite during the process and workers did a great job. Completed house and garage in two days. They cleaned up when done and were careful with landscape.
