  DO NOT use this business Garland took my mom for THOUSANDS of dollars after my dad passed away. He recommended a new roof was needed when 3 other outside roofing companies said it was not needed. He “contracted” someone out to do siding repairs. Daylight is seen through my moms attic, he replaced zero actual siding as discussed, instead using putty & caulk to fill in gaps. He agreed to refund some of the thousands he charged & as of a month+ later, he has refunded zero dollars & is no longer returning any calls. If you choose to use him, do not pay him until the work is done to your satisfaction. Write out every single thing that you are expecting to be completed. Ask him if he’s recommending people to do work when really he’s contracting them out & taking the majority of the profit. Basically, do not trust him. He’s a scam.

  This review fraudulent this person is not the customer and doesn’t know what happened her mother has some condition were she can’t remember Anything. She called our company to come take a look at her leaking roof . We came out and found that her roof had a defect in the asphalt shingles this was not causing a leak but was starting to loose the granulars and needed replaced under a Gaf warranty claim. So I offered to file a claim for Mrs mills who is the actual customer the person who wrote this review is her daughter who has ties to one of our competitors as you can see by a previous review . But long story short I found the shingle defect and also found that the water she was getting in the house was coming in from rotted siding. Mrs mills asked if I would file a claim on the roof and give her an estimate on the rotted siding, I explained I do not work on wood siding but new another contractor that could give me a bid on the work. Mrs mills agreed and I called another contractor. The contractor came to Mrs mills home and gave her two options 1st option was replacing all of the bad siding sheets on her home that were rotted and caulk and paint with paint she would supply . This is a large house and needed extensive sheets replaced this option was 8000 dollars option 2 was tho cut the rotted siding back along the roof and install trim and flash and paint on a very steep roof that price was 4000 dollars. Miss mills chose option 2 with out calling anyone else for another bid or checking with friends or family so I told her we could do the siding work, but we were going to have a better chance if we waited for the shingle company to come out and do a inspection on the defective shingles So we were on a waiting list, waiting for the inspector to come and inspect the shingles. During that time, Miss Mills called me twice and asked if we could just go ahead and come out and do the repair on the siding while we were waiting for the inspector, also she asked if that time if

  Excellent Work. Done in one day , & 2 hrs . 31 sq. Yards. They do a Excellent installation . They also clean up the property real good when done with job. I had 3 layers taken off. They wrapped around my sky lights. They painted my existing pipes & vents ,& flashing all black to match the roof. I would highly recommend them. 👌

Not only did he go above and beyond to help us secure a roof replacement, but he also took the time to explain every step in detail before we signed anything. Garland is incredibly friendly and easy to talk to—he made a complicated process feel simple and stress-free.   I would highly recommend this company. Garland was great to work with. He went above and beyond to help me with the insurance filing and review. There were so many issues on the insurance side and he helped me navigate through them all with grace and patience. The crew was friendly and professional. He even recommended another crew for the finishing work that also did an excellent job. Pricing was fair and honest as well. Great all around company to work with.
