The critical reviews
The one and two-star reviews, first. These are what a star average hides, and they are the reason this page exists.
We hold no one or two-star review text for Greenacres Roofing Co. That is not the same as there being none — it means our capture did not reach any. The rating breakdown above is Google’s own count and is the number to go on.

A fallen oak branch during a windy weekend left us sweating over potential structural damage, so we immediately reached out to Greenacres Roofing Co. Their crew was out at our property in Greenacres faster than we anticipated, securing the …

Having our guest suite remain completely bone dry during three consecutive days of severe coastal storms this week has removed an incredible weight from my shoulders. Ever since the repair team from Greenacres Roofing Co sealed our problematic chimney flashing three weeks ago, that immediate sense of dread I used to experience whenever the sky turned dark is completely gone. A persistent drip near my visiting grandmother's bedroom closet had been causing major anxiety ever since the severe spring storms hit Greenacres, FL. Words cannot express how wonderful it feels to host family without waking up at 2 AM in a cold sweat to see if the hallway drywall is sagging or peeling.

My home inspector missed major roof issues when I bought my Greenacres house. Six months later, leaks everywhere. Greenacres Roofing Co came recommended by a neighbor. Crew arrived on time, answered my panicked questions, and finished ahead of schedule. The metal roof looks fantastic — my curb appeal is night and day. Even the inspector apologized when he saw it. Highly recommend Greenacres Roofing Co.

Where this page comes from
Every figure above is Google’s, captured on 24 September 2026. The star average and the 4 ratings behind it are counted by Google across all of its reviews. The review text on this page is a sample — we hold 4, of which 4 have any text — and it is not everything Google shows.
Roof Warden does not verify licenses, bonds, insurance or workers’ compensation cover, and nothing on this page should be read as though we had. Confirm those directly with the contractor and with your state or provincial licensing body before you hire anyone.
There is not much data on Greenacres Roofing Co. A short record here means our capture found little — not that there is nothing to find, and not that the business is new or inactive.
