In my opinion, Unfortunately, our experience was one of the worst. Be very cautious as they will call you n tell you the completed wrk when they haven’t (thankfully we have cameras), make sure you read the instructions as to how the underlayment should be installed ( we had to get legally involved in order for them to install properly), the pointing fingers at other contractors was absurd, we ended up with 2 roof leaks with them damaging drywall and our floors (thankfully we have construction background on our belts would not allow them to pint finger where is not rightly due and they had to fix their errors both times), be very cautious when they tell you they had to change the structure of your home because that is how it needs to be installed ( wrong wrong wrong). Again, in my opinion, With our construction background , we would never recommend to use this company.

Roni, Thank you for your feedback. We respect every client’s right to share their experience; however, we would like to clarify several important details so that others have a complete and accurate understanding of the project. Prior to our involvement, the property was in the middle of an addition, with exposed plywood and an open tie-in area that had been left in vulnerable condition before a contract was even signed. These pre-existing conditions are critical in understanding the overall timeline and any concerns that arose during the project. We understand there was a high level of scrutiny throughout the process, and we worked diligently to address every concern presented. At multiple stages, manufacturer representatives including senior personnel performed site visits, inspected the installation, and provided written confirmation that the underlayment system was installed correctly and remained fully warrantable. Additionally, all required inspections were completed and passed, including confirmation from building inspectors that the work met applicable code requirements. Any concerns brought to our attention were addressed promptly either the same day or by the next business day when applicable. The project timeline was also extended due to ongoing work on the property, including exterior stucco, which delayed progress for several months (not pertaining to us). During this time, after manufacturer approval was already in place, we were not permitted to proceed, and in order to move the project forward appropriately, legal counsel had to be involved from our end. This was also a 12/12 pitch roof, which is a steep and high-risk installation. Despite the challenges, our team completed the project safely and professionally. I am very proud of our crew the finished roof came out beautifully. We understand that perspectives may differ, and we appreciate your feedback. We simply wanted to clarify key details that were not reflected in the review. We are grate

Dulce and her team at Rainbow Roofing were a pleasure to do business with. From the beginning, Dulce provided extensive details regarding the expected work and the communication with Liz throughout the project was excellent. The crew members were timely and professional. The job was completed within two days and the cleanup was meticulous. It didn’t look as if any work had been carried out other than the brand new roof! Overall we were extremely satisfied and would happily recommend Rainbow Roofing. Thank you Dulce and team for the great work.

I had a major leak in my roof and my neighbor recommended Rainbow roofing. They came out the same day and made the repair the next morning at a fair and reasonable price. I was very happy with all of their staff and workers.
