I purchased my gutters through CMR construction even though they were significantly more expensive since they were the contractor on my roof. They told me that this is not a workmanship/installation problem and will not correct the issue with a simple inexpensive extender. This shows the integrity of this company and their management team.

After what felt like a very long journey (multiple years working through FIGA approvals), I can confidently say that choosing CMR Roofing & Construction was absolutely the right decision. From start to finish, their team was outstanding in managing the entire process — coordinating inspections, completing the work efficiently, and staying consistently connected with me to gauge progress, satisfaction, and overall experience. Once funding was finally approved, they moved quickly and diligently, and the execution was phenomenal. Joy Haddock was my primary point of contact for communication, and she was an absolute pleasure to work with as Project Manager. She was professional, responsive, and detail-oriented, making the entire process feel organized and under control. I also want to recognize Pat Barrett, who was wonderful to work with. She brings such a positive energy and great personality to the process — something you don’t always expect during a roofing project but truly appreciate. I was equally impressed that Brad and Angela Meaney who both personally followed up and stayed engaged throughout the process — even as top executives in the organization. That level of leadership and care speaks volumes about the company’s culture. The on-site project managers were thorough and detail-focused, and the crews were highly efficient. I’ll be honest — tear-down day was a bit messy and felt a little chaotic, and there were some excess nails and debris during installation. However, what truly stood out was how responsive and committed the team was. They stayed late, returned multiple times, and ensured everything was thoroughly cleaned and that I was completely satisfied before considering the job complete. The final result? Absolute perfection. I love my new roof and truly couldn’t be happier. If you’re looking for a company that communicates exceptionally well, stands behind their work, and delivers quality results — CMR has my full recommendation.

I had my roof replaced by CMR Construction and roofing company. They exceeded my expectations. Were very professional, very good communication, kept me updated as the project proceeded. I was especially impressed by the care that Yoey Scott, Kevin and others showed me through out. The workers were pleasant and respectful. They made sure everything went smoothly. Even at the end of the job, they cleaned my driveway by pressure cleaning squid marks that were left on my driveway. I am totally impressed with the quickness in which the job was done and with minimal inconvenience. I whole heartily recommend this company to do such an valuable job as a roof replacement. I love the choices for options in styles they offer in metal roof. I choose the Rosen and my community has a hard time believing that its not ceramic tiles. I'm very happy with the results!.🤗

Autumn is my liaison for the job and has been wonderful keeping me informed. Ares is the supervisor and he and his crew did an excellent job in removing the roof tiles and debris from the house after installing the underlayment. I look forward to working with Ares and his 2nd crew for the roof tile installation.
