  The worst experience we've had with any contractor. What are they trying to hide? They don't let you take pictures while they are working and they don't give you the pictures you want of the plywood needing replaced. They showed us pictures of bad plywood, but you couldn't tell it was on our house as there was nothing of our house or yard showing. When the job super showed up after we received our bill for the extra plywood, I said so there were 26 sheets needed huh, and he went right along with it not knowing the actual amount we were billed. The only one that spoke English was in charge of other jobs and not here when needed. The guys would stand on the roof arguing with each other, then they did the ridge vents wrong, but only corrected one of them. I kept running into one of the guys hiding on the side of our house on his phone and the only thing he knew to say in English was "I only pick up nails". He didn't do his job at all as we are STILL picking up nails! Then they charged us for extra gutter that they said they didn't know was there. The salesman saw it, the "inspector" they sent out to view the job and make notes as to what was needed saw it. Unfortunately, we did not know the lineal feet of gutter we previously had so we couldn't prove the original contract covered it. And the gutter is so much larger than our old gutter the awing frame didn't fit back on the side of the house! The office staff was only nice when it came time to ask us for a five-star review, HA! Fat chance! It appears they have a lot of friends of employees leaving high reviews for them. At least we have a warranty when the rainy season hits, just don't look forward to going through the hassle.

  I am doing some remodeling and found several rotten rafters and the repair work from this roofing company! It would be my recommendation that they are put out of business. I just found rotten plywood sheeting after only two years. Hmmmmm

  Terrible service. It's a shame they won't let me give it zero stars because they don't deserve even one. The communication was awful, the work was horrible, they left my house a wreck and broke so many things, and they refused to take responsibility. The quality of the products is appalling; I can't even look at the roof tiles because they keep breaking. I've been waiting a year and a half for them to finish the job, and nothing. Now I have to hire a lawyer to get them to come and complete it.

  Update - I had a whole house of windows replace with t this company as well. All windows have distortion and turn into ugly green distorted mirrors of whatever they are reflecting off of. This company does not stand behind their work and blame everything on the manufactures taking no accountability for the horrible product that they sell you. Basically the product that they installed from roof to windows were all defective. Defective tiles on my roof and distorted glass on my windows. The vendors that they choose to work with have faulty product. Garabar doesn't inspect the material before they install and leave you with a defective roof and windows and disappear. Be careful when making this very big investment. You do not want to be in my shoes after working with Garabar. Beware of this company. They are not transparent and will string you along taking your money and not completing your project without any answers. I’m In the process of replacing my roof with Garabar. The project started 6 months ago. This is extremely concerning and alarming. Garabar decided to start the tear off on my existing roof. The decision to schedule the tear off from garabar was because the roof tiles were supposedly in stock. When they tore off my roof to start the replacement, they neglected to protect it causing water intrusion as it rained that night. I woke up the next morning with water stains all over my ceiling. It’s been 6 months since the tear off and they still haven’t placed the roof tiles. Garabar keeps stringing me along saying that the manufacturer now changed the tile lead time to 6-8 more weeks. This has happened from July- Nov . And then from Nov -January. Now I am being told that they cannot give me an estimated time as they don’t know when the tiles will be ready. I have asked for copies of the communication that garabar has had with the manufacturer showing all the changes in the dates but Garabar has refused to be transparent with sharing the communication that

  Great company to work with forte-roofing. Handled everything from sales to installation very effectively. Strong project management and coordination. Managed expectations very well. Organised. Michael was a great sales person along with Nathan a strong PM. Cayla did the ongoing services coordination. Overall seamless. Would recommend them.

  Garabar Did an excellent job with my new roof that they installed in 2024 on my main house. I also have a cottage in the back on the same property which recently started to leak on an interior wall. I was notified by someone doing a repair that there was a huge crack on the exterior western wall up to the roof, and this could be the problem. After trying unsuccessfully to locate a qualified Handyman, I decided to call Garabar, who I knew did that type of work. I called on a Friday and they called me back on Monday and said they would send someone. They sent out Matt, an estimator who got up on my roof in order to inspect the wall from the other side , as there was a neighbor and a fence issue. He assured me that he didn’t think it was a roof problem at all, but in fact, just a crack that would easily be resolved with the right materials, some silicone and some caulking. I was truly surprised, shocked and very happy when he said I have some of these materials in my car. I think I should be able to take care of that for you right now, and he did. Several hours after he left, it rained hard and I went in to check the cottage and the wall was completely dry. Prior it had been trickling water from the ceiling all the way down the wall, so what he did stopped the leak. He also noticed cracks on the opposite side and told me he had run out of the silicone, but that he would probably come back the next day and he did. It was like someone sent me an angel. Nowadays, we are so used to not getting anybody when we need them , and if we do the price becomes something out of reach. I did tell the dispatcher when they called that I am so appreciative of Garabar’s work and that I tell everybody I know if you need anything done on your roof or masonry work you should definitely call Garabar. She was very happy I had only good things to say about Garabar. I’m very grateful to them for solving this problem , which could’ve become quite severe. The same day it started to pour and it’

  We highly recommend Garabar. They did an amazing job on our roof. Everyone we encountered from beginning to end was friendly and professional. The project manager and supervisor were very communicative throughout. The workers were efficient and kept the site clean. Would definitely use them again

  Awesome experience. From the day til the end, only 2 weeks in total work days. No hidden costs, everything up front. Salesman John Russo, Production Coordinator Cayla Powell, Field Inspector Nathan Erpelding, and up on the roof…Abraham and his crew rocked!! Only hiccup was the weather but they can’t control that!!!!

  The roof looks great!! Nathan was phenomenal and went above and beyond once he got involved in our project. Ruth was always prompt with invoices and acknowledging payments. Alex’s crew were the hardest working crew I have ever seen working in Florida’s heat. They worked non-stop and cleaned up daily. We are pleased with the finished project and some of our neighbors have commented on the hard workers and how great the roof looks. Just wanted to thank them one more time for their exceptional work!

  If you're looking for a new roof I highly recommend Garabar for the job. They have completed quite a few homes in my neighborhood and came highly recommended. I did get quotes from 3 other roofing companies just for comparison. David Andrews is an amazing representative as he's very personable as well as professional! He has helped in every step of the way and was the reason I chose Garabar over the other 3 companies. In addition to David, I worked closely with Cayla (Project Coordinator) and Marco (Field Supervisor). All 3 were extremely professional and helpful throughout the entire process. Anytime I had a question, they were very quick to respond! My roof looks beautiful and I highly recommend Garabar!
