Dryout Roofing

The only one or two-star review we hold for Dryout Roofing.

My experience with Dryout Roofing was extremely bad. I hired this company to re-roof my house. I decided to contract with Dryout mostly out of compassion. Also, the company's previous reviews seemed very good. However, from the start, the owner tried to push the start date of the project to at least a few months later than the date we agreed. It was only after I made it clear to him that I was going to hire another company that he immediately reversed course and came to start the job. I now wish that I had gone with my prior feelings. His crew left a mess behind as evidence by these pictures. I am really suspicious of the work in general. Today, a few tiles broke as I am having a painter painting the exterior of the house. I have never seen tiles so sensitive. In fact, even with the most careful touch, the tiles break. The painter showed me how underneath the tiles is hollow, and the foam used is such of low quality that it does not keep the tiles secured. At this point, I do not trust the job. I am thinking about hiring third party inspector to conduct a thorough review of this installation. Then, based on his report, I will consider my next steps. Even my neighbor complained about the mess these guys left in his yard. My neighbor was very concerned for his dogs potentially stepping on long nails and screws.

This was one of the most pleasant experiences I have ever had with a contractor. They provided a great estimate and were professional from the start of the project. They completed the work on time and everything was scheduled like clock work. They were always very pleasant and answered all of my questions in a timely manner. Communication is the most important thing for me and they nailed it! It was a very simple process to pay. Roof looks great!

After receiving several outrageous quotes to replace my tile roof, I found Dryout Roofing through the Wellington Moms Facebook group, where they came highly recommended. It wasn’t just their competitive price that made me choose them—it was their professionalism from start to finish. They explained every step of the process, kept me informed each day, and completed the entire roof replacement in just one week. What really impressed me was how clean they kept the job site. They thoroughly cleaned up at the end of each day, making sure there was no dust or debris being tracked into my home. If you’re looking for a reliable, honest, and professional roofing company, I highly recommend Dryout Roofing. They exceeded my expectations, and I couldn’t be happier with the results!

I am writing this review to sing my praises for this company! Zach came to my home, inspected my roof as he was prepared to do. My roof was at least 20 years old and definitely in need of being replaced. He was prompt, courageous and friendly. He gave me a great price, and approximately 2-3 weeks later I had a new roof. The service was outstanding. He was able to complete the work in one day, luckily no rain. The guys that did the roofing were respectful of the property. After completion, the debris was removed and you would never have known they had been there because the area was so clean. Phenomenal job guys! Thank you so much!

Professional, pleasant, punctual, on point! We had a great experience with Dryout Roofing at our personal home. Zach, Ana, and their entire crew were professional, a pleasure to work with, and very punctual with the scheduled time frame even though we had a few delays on our end! They were flexible and accommodating throughout the entire process. We ultimately chose to install a metal roof, and we absolutely love the result. We don’t typically choose based on price alone, since you usually get what you pay for; but Dryout came highly recommended and still managed to be more competitive than several other companies we considered. We definitely recommend them!
