  The Salesman was late, and when he got to my house he reeked of booze. He said he would have an estimate for me in 2 weeks, but I have yet to hear anything. He came to my house Feb 8th. I even saw the company at The Home Show and told them I hadn’t heard back … they didn’t seem to care. What a joke and a complete waste of my time.

  We Initially called the company in December of 2020 to inspect our roof as we had storm damage and were experiencing some infiltration of water. Our insurance company had recommended the company to us, which is how we obtained the name. We have had multiple re-scheduling of appointments and they totally didn't show up for the last one that was scheduled. We have a large custom built home with high roofs and needed a qualified contractor. This has not worked out for us - and we continue to have water infiltration. They also request that both the husband and wife are there for the inspection - not easy to arrange..

  A storm damaged the roof on my house and garage 6 weeks ago. I have been in contact with a Sales Consultant (Jason D. )Several times since then. He has been to my house 4 times. I still havent even got an estimate. The only progress made at my house in the last month and a half is the wind is blowing more shingles off my house. Green Valley Roofing is a perfect example of poor customer service.

  We will start with the salesman that came to my house initially. Wish I could remember his name!! He was very polite, professional and to the point. Got me set up and the ball rolling that day! Now we will talk about the time between then and the install date. The company, Maria more specifically was absolutely wonderful about communicating updates on the project. We were never left wondering. Now the install date. WOW! The crew that installed my patio door did a phenomenal job. It is everything we wanted. They were polite and professional during the install. They left my property like they were never even there. I’m more than happy with this completed project. If you’re looking for someone to complete your project and you be satisfied with the final outcome these guys are for the job!! Thank you GreenValley! So glad to have ran across you guys.

  Have used Green Valley for new windows and then again for new gutters. They are always very responsive and can get us on their calendar pretty quickly. We appreciate the work they have done!

  Green Valley Roofing was recommended by a couple of my colleagues at work. After working with Scott and Maria on previous roof inspection and our new roof replacement recently, I would highly recommend the same to others. Honest people, fair price, good work ethic, local business with nice warranty. Their field team is on time on schedule, very professional, and attention to details (nice protection of my gardens and no loud music during work time). After a month with some wind & rains, all is good. Done and done right, they have one happy customer.

  Scott was fabulous. We needed a window replaced and he was the man! He took the time to find as close of a match to other windows as possible and ensured I was happy with the look. His passion for his customers is outstanding. Highly recommend!

  I have worked with John Miller to have roofs put on 2 of my homes now and I have nothing but great things to say about him and Green Valley. They truly care about helping you and the situation you are in and they will go to great lengths to make sure you are getting the best deal possible. You won’t find them going door to door storm chasing and begging people to buy a roof from them because they don’t need to. They let the quality of their work speak for itself and they take great pride in their customer service knowing that’s what will bring them their customers. They have made me a very happy customer and I would recommend them to anyone in need of roofing or siding. I know exactly who I will be calling for a third time if I ever need any more roofing or siding.

  We just had Green Valley Roofing replace the roof on our addition/sun room, and the team was top notch with great communications from start to finish.
