  I wouldn't recommend this company. The crew that did are house left a mess that my wife and I had to clean up with a magnet sweeper that i had to go rent. 100 plus nails/screws left in the driveway and yard. No communication on when the crew was showing up and they smashed my front gutter. Bad communication with Drew about the damages the crew made to r house until we talked to Megan about getting the damages they caused fixed. The crew was very wasteful cuz there was a full bundle of shingles, full box of brand new drip edge, roughly 6 brand new tubes of adhesive, a roll of roofing plastic etc all in the dumpster which was suppose to b a dump trailer. I have done roofing in the past and we DIDN'T leave a mess for the home owner to cleanup or waste ins. Companies money on brand new materials jus to b thrown away. When i did roofing, Owner/contractor was on site to make sure we did a great job and that the customer was very satisfied when we got finished

  So they came. Said they needed roof and siding samples. Then nothing and wont respond to me asking them to fix the hole. Been over a year now. Terrible company. Avoid them.

  Make sure you get an estimate from them. Compare with the insurance company scope and be aware of any additional work before they do the job. I should not go with 3R. Keep eye on what they are doing. Am 😒 …

  Hi, we do have to bring your roof up to code if it is not up to code when we tear off your roof. We are also not responsible for the wood on your house that is rotted through. If insurance doesn't cover it, it is your responsibility as the homeowner. This is standard practice.

  We called R3 to look at my Mothers house after the roof started leaking and we were prepared to pay full retail. The Sales Manager from R3, Garrett Tuttle came out to look at the home and provided an estimate that was comparable to other companies and in most cases lower. Garrett then advised that he believed there was significant storm damage and the insurance company may pay for replacement which would save us a significant amount of money. Due to the age of the roof, this had not crossed our mind. We went forward with the claim and the insurance indeed did pay for the roof replacement and saved us thousands of dollars. Garrett stayed in contact almost on the daily and walked us through each step. The roof took one day to finish and was finished 2 weeks ago and it looks amazing. The crew was mindful of my Mothers pets, worked fast and picked up all the material. What I found morally impressive, was that the retail cost of the roof provided at first, was much higher than the insurance wanted to pay, but Garrett still honored the insurance estimate. I would strongly recommend R3 over and over again and plan on having them do my siding in the Fall. Again, thank you for taking care of my Mother.

  R3 did a great job repairing one of our homes after a devastating hail storm. We needed roofing, siding, gutter and fence replacement. They are timely, efficient and gave us multiple specialists to communicate with us to ensure the total job was completed to our expectation. They are a great group of people to have around in our time of need.

  Just had Dylan Brunt here performing a no cost inspection of my roof. He advised the roof was in good condition and should last another 8+ years. It’s nice to come across honest people. Although no work was done, just based on honesty and integrity I would highly recommend this company .

  I have completed thr survey, however the work is not complete!! Ace picked up shingles and supplies after the house and garage were done but they did not do the shed! Per my contract, the shed was included and Robbie assured me they would be back to do that. When will this happen?Please advise. Thank you.

  After the hail storm that hit my home I called R3 for an inspection and they sent someone out at no cost. I worked with Griffin and he was especially helpful throughout the process and kept everything moving. Very happy with the final result and would recommend R3 to anyone dealing with storm damage to your roof or anything exterior really like the siding and gutters they helped me with as well

  All aspects of the interactions with R3 has been professional and straight forward. The roofing and gutter crews were quick and efficient in their work. They took the time to rake the yard to identify any stray nails. I would recommend them for your roofing and gutter needs.
