  A nightmare of an experience!!!!! Project manager, crew, and Josh were clueless! The timeline for completion was way off! **Trust me we used you to try and complete our homes needs** I'm not spamming. I have proof Mike. I text you a picture of YOUR business card you handed me at my house during the project. Everything was so unprofessional!

  His focus was on replacing the entire roof covering (expensive) rather than finding the leak and fixing that.

  Mr. Scott, While we understand the frustrations when it comes to costly repairs; your roof is not reparable, and this was communicated to you during the initial inspection on February 19th, 2023. You have a modified bitumen roofing system on this property. It was documented during the initial inspection severed seams throughout the roof as well as a failed repair attempt these have directly caused the leaking found throughout the structure. Based on our findings the leaks have been progressively getting worse over time. It is not ethical for us to complete a 'layover' as there is no way that we can guarantee that it will not leak in the future. Completing such repairs puts us at risk of losing our business license as this does not follow local code and/or ordinance. We are a reputable company who prides ourselves on doing right by our customers and providing the best services possibly.   Horrible experience. There is some shady stuff going on with this company. Don't ever sign a contract with this company. You are signing a blank check.

  I gave one star because zero is not an option. A very painful experience! After 3 months of waiting, calling, texting, rescheduling, Kyle finally finished the roof after friends made calls to the owner as I am out of state trying to get work done on my Mom’s house. Work has been done for a week and a half and still no filed insurance paperwork nor invoice on what was done. Kyle has let me know the company secretary has not typed it up yet. Who types up anything in the age of computers and electronic claims. Voice mails and texts left for the owner and Kyle on Friday. We will see what this week brings. Situations like this is why people do not trust contractors.

  Please do not use this company. Shaun Vanderpool was our project manager and he didn't handle it well at all. When we first contacted this business and a contract was written up to start some work Mr. Vanderpool insisted we pay him our entire insurance check up front. He didn't ask for a down payment he asked for the entire thing. After we payed him the entire check, not knowing this was bad business practice, he failed to complete the work the contract agreed upon. Our roofing was over billed and the siding we payed for was never produced or payed for. The job was incomplete. After we insisted on the project and agreement be terminated after fighting over it for almost two months we received a check in the mail for less than what should have been given back to us in completion of the work. I say again use a different company.

  We had Roof Drs replace our roof. Dustin Murphy was phenomenal to work with. He was hands on throughout the process, keeping us posted on every aspect of the process. Can’t say enough good about him or this company.

  Justin Morris came out and took care of the issue with our roof quickly and efficiently. He was very nice and knowledgeable about the situation. He also sent a prompt follow up summary about the issues and what was done to fix them, which was really appreciated. Will absolutely recommend them!

  Brandon with Roof Drs was wonderful to work with! He took a stressful situation, explained everything, answered our questions, and made it a smooth experience. He kept us updated, responded quickly, represented us well in dealing with insurance so we didn't have to, and made sure things were finished, done well, and on time. He was professional, patient, and prompt! Highly recommend Brandon and Roof Drs!!

  Justin Morris was the Tech that came out to my house in Dubuque, and he did a wonderful job helping to repair some damage that was done from high winds.   Zach was great in explaining and walking us through the process with the insurance company. He and his workmate even got on the roof with the adjuster. They did a correct job. Would recommend.
